With a large number of stressors now affecting small businesses, many owners are feeling an impact on their mental health. With this in mind, the Beyond Blue orgainsation has set up a new service specifically tailored for small business owners called “New Access.” Mental health coach Kirsty Hull is one of many small business professionals Beyond Blue has trained to assist participants go through a free, self-guided six-week course to help build their mental health resilience.
