Debunking leadership myths

Leadership isn’t all about grandstanding or showing off to prove how charismatic you are. In fact, Roy Osing says, you want to be almost boring, in the sense that you want to make the lives of your employees easier. The “charismatic leader” is just one of the myths that Roy debunks. He’s spent 40 years in executive leadership, including as President and CMO of a telecommunications company, which he took from start-up to $1 billion in annual sales.
