Ken Foltz with Foltz Trucking comes on the show.  Foltz Trucking is probably the largest hopper carrier in North America with over 200 hopper trailers.  Ken talks about pointers for success, how they’ve grown and why some carriers struggle with just a few trailers and others grow as large as Foltz Trucking.  Ken also talks about hiring a nutrition coach to work with their driver’s for their long term health and putting refrigerators in their trucks to increase healthy food options for drivers.
