Jay is a REALTOR and broker with Keller Williams in Charlotte, NC. He founded The White Group with his father, Johnny. Upon arriving at Keller Williams, they implemented the systems and models illustrated in The Millionaire Real Estate Agent, by Gary Keller.
Their business doubled 4 of the first 5 years, and they now operate a business in excess of $30M in closed volume. In 2015, they launched their first Expansion location, the North Carolina High Country.
