- Conversion Optimization: Even before running traffic through it, we need to optimize the conversions first. Put a strategy in place to get your conversions as high as possible and then run the throughput.
- After Sale Magnification: After selling, you need to build a relationship with customers to get more sales and revenues. It is about how you can integrate more products or offerings in the sales process.
- Technology Utilization: Plan to use technology that supports and leverages your time. Automate the process and track it so you know exactly what your customers are choosing. Let technology map it out for you.
- Growth Integration: Build a growth integration strategy to give customers something complementary to what they have already done. Use technology to deliver something that is a few degrees off.
- Customer Elevation: A mutual relationship based on trust should be maintained with customers. So, elevate them to a higher position than where they started to maximize the lifetime value of consumers.
