¶ Using an MLM starvation cult for weight loss
Called plunge thoughts so from december 26th until may 8th i lost about 43 pounds or so and i did this using what i like to call an mlm starvation cult now i don't want to talk bad about other people so if you DM me I'll tell you what program it was but I call it an MLM starvation cult because you basically had to buy their food eat only their food for most of your meals and then have one really basically a salad, every day now this was it worked I lost like 40 plus pounds that was good the
The problem is, though, that it wasn't sustainable.
¶ Unsustainability of the MLM program
It wasn't sustainable financially, and it wasn't sustainable for how I wanted to live my life. Like, I didn't want to eat packaged food with a ton of soy in it. I wanted to be able to eat healthy and enjoy what I was eating. So I felt like what I needed was a kickstart, something that I knew would get me going and get me moving in the right direction. So I'll share a picture on my Instagram of what I looked like around finishing that first 40 pounds.
And it wasn't great. I mean, I was still really fat. I just weighed less. And that wasn't what I was going for. I didn't want to just weigh less. I wanted to be healthy.
And I felt like that was not helping me be healthy it was helping me way less so I've like a lot of people been learning about these GLP-1 weight loss drugs like ozempic and others and and I haven't done any of those but it's interesting to hear what they're capable of doing so for this MLM starvation cult I was I was was eating like 1,000 to 1,200 calories every day, all processed packaged food.
¶ The strict calorie intake of the MLM program
And while it got me started and definitely made that first 40 pounds go really quick, I just knew that I couldn't keep doing it.
¶ Seeking the next step towards a healthier lifestyle
So then at the end of April, I met someone who helped me figure out the next step. And I'll share more about that tomorrow.
