Illuminating our Path- Walking with an Animal Guide.
When our light is dim and we feel lost, we aren't. We are always divinely guided and assisted. Today's meditation helps us see beyond the darkness to what waits for us on the other side.

This meditation uses the light of our eighth chakra. We pull this light of our Soul Star into our body, opening and expanding our Chakras. At the end of the meditation, we focus our minds on what we desire and see it as it has happened. Aligning our clear and open energy with the thing or situation we wish to manifest.

In this meditation, we release a story (or many stories) that we tell ourselves. Overtime, our perception of something about ourselves or someone else can start to look like the truth when in fact it is not. The first step to changing our perspective is to see that we may be holding onto a story. My hope is that the Truth Tree does this for you today. Release the story and bring in the truth.
The power of meditation comes in discerning what is happening within the subconscious and how we can use this to heal and come to a place of gratitude.
