He is an Ophthalmologist and professor emeritus at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. His specialty is researching are-related macular degeneration (AMD), and he knows his stuff. Today we discuss the horrific, toxic sludge that we call "vegetable oil". Sounds healthy, right? Well watch this. GROSS. These oils come from seeds, and are highly inflammatory and dangerous. Dr. Knobbe has dedicated his life to sharing this message, and we are so grateful for him and his message!
