Today we are releasing another bonus episode! Prof. Chris White recently invited me to co-host an episode with the one and only Gary Taubes, and I wasn't going to turn him down! Gary is the author of several bestsellers, including Why We Get Fat and his most recent book The Case For Keto, among others. This was an amazing opportunity, and I very much enjoyed it.
