When was the last time you took time out and did something for yourself for at least a few days? I was so good at telling my clients to do an escape weekend and not so good at making it happen for myself.
Until now!
This is a reflection on my experience in South Western Australia at a Swimwild Escape retreat hosted by Simone. We chat candidly about the event I went on.
Picture daily ocean and river swims of up to 5km, delicious food at iconic locations, yoga, walks, and most importantly, new human connections.
