This one is about generational trauma, period talks, and concerns from parents. It gets serious... and I blame the parents... uh oh, controversy! For some reason, many parents are terrified of having proper conversations with their kids about the "message" in this movie, so in defense of Turning Red, I discuss plenty of other Disney animated movies that ALSO require mature conversations, but are often shrugged off by parents.
