Ep. 8: How We Process Emotions Differently

We couldn't be more thankful for tools and resources like Human Design to help us better understand each other and our kids. Especially when it comes to being emotional, it's given us way more insight on how to deal with each other in times of stress and challenges. April needs time to process and Raf needs to understand the root of the issue instead of avoiding it. At the end of the day, we work as a team to continue growing even when it can be really hard sometimes!
