Fire Chief Urban Trueil of Plaquemines Parish allows Operation Blessing to follow him and his wife through their house that was destroyed by Hurricane Isaac. Despite his loss, Chief Trueil helps to maintain safety for returning residents to East Plaquesmines Parish as they try to salvage anything they can.
