Fire Chief Urban Trueil of Plaquemines Parish allows Operation Blessing to follow him and his wife through their house that was destroyed by Hurricane Isaac. Despite his loss, Chief Trueil helps to maintain safety for returning residents to East Plaquesmines Parish as they try to salvage anything they can. Chief Trueil has been the fire chief for the eastern part of the Parish (the hardest hit section from Isaac) for over 30 years.
