BTS #8: Jordan Fark - McKendree University (IL)

Jordan Fark is the Director of Strength and Conditioning at McKendree University, a Division 2 school in Southern Illinois competing in the Great Lakes Valley Conference. He has held this position for the past 5 years. Prior to this position, he owned and operated a sports performance training center in southern Illinois; Fark Training Systems. He has also held positions as a high school Director of Strength and Conditioning at Nashville Community High School and interned/volunteered at St. Louis University.

In this episode we discuss how Coach Fark trains 800+ collegiate athletes, how he manages his staff, ways to improve training environment, methods for growing leaders in the weight room, and some of his favorite professional development resources. Thanks Coach Fark with taking the time to share!
