Mike Will made it is up here. What's up, Mike Will? It's good man? What was good? Main scream? Ja Bank? Do you know every days? Amazing? How you been talked to us? Man? What what? What? What? Mike Will got? You always got something, You always plot something, You always got something going on. So before we don't don't be selfish, don't just get to the music you're about to put out. Just tell us in general, what's going on with Mike Will? What you've been over really man, just to summon all up?
Just would I would say, Man, just just maturing, bro growing, you know what I'm saying, Like for real, I didn't turn thirty one this year. What I'm saying and like I mean, I spent a lot of years just like that young kid on the scene, just crying hard, like
trying to figure it out. And it's like, you know what I'm saying, Like I feel like over these years, like moving around doing all the music and doing all kind of different things and mixing and mingling with different people, like I learned a lot of ship, you know what I'm saying. So it's like it's really just that's that's how I can sum it up. It's really like maturing, bro, you feel me. I lost my drives like two years ago.
It was like nine years worth of work. We were just talking about that, like, um, some producers like when they when they lose their hard drives, they're going to depression. It's overlay. I wanted the depression for sure, you know what I'm saying to me A minute to get back. I talked to my bank every day, you know what I'm saying. He's like, manun that ship, but you gotta run it back up. But it's like, bro, I hear you,
But like, damn, I just lost like nine years. Yeah, I just And it wasn't just the driver, it was a drive and the backup, you know, what I'm saying, And like the folks have stole this ship. They weren't even going for the drive even died. They got stolen. Yeah, they got stolen, you know what I'm saying. Like, but my engineer had him, but you know what I'm saying, he had a laptop with him. There was in the hand that court, so god damn, the laptop was on
the seat. So the folks was really breaking in and get the laptop and then the drives and the backup was in the same spot. Man, No, no, no no, he had it. Had it had um moved him to a different position. I just you know what I'm saying. Now, traditionally you know what I'm saying. But now now we just work with each other, like he makes his records, because that's still my brother, you know what I'm saying.
But I couldn't hold him. I couldn't put him in that responsible situation right there, you know what I'm saying, Because it was just like I just couldn't do it. Like we we ain't had the same chemistry no more. Like you know what I'm saying, going to the studio, you know what I'm saying. They just wanted the same chemistry.
So it's like his best is like, man, okay, boom, you better as a mixed engineer, you know what I'm saying, And like boom, But yeah, that right there, that happening like two thousand eighteen, like right around like when I was finishing up the creed All and ship and then um and then you know, but it really opened my eyes and made me start buying real estate, start buying build and start you know what I'm saying, putting down on different property and start opening my eyes like brod,
I can't put all my eggs and this and this music basket, like you know what I'm saying, I can't do that ship because I didn't put so many I used to be that guy in the studio seventeen hours straight. So I was like, man, I didn't I didn't did that so many nights. And then it's like man, boom, Like some of the kids is playing with my drives like legos right now, you know what I'm saying, Like, and it ain't no getting back. It ain't no bouncing
back from that ship. Like you can scream, Holly, you can kick the wall, you can got damn whatever the funk you want to do, but you ain't gonna get the motherfucker's back. All you can do is run up a new drive. You know what I'm saying. I'm just really really the way I think about it too, My man and doctor Dre. He doctor Dre and he lost his drives. You know what I'm saying. I mean, we're not his drive, but he lost his catalog. I'm saying to three times and paperwork. You know what I'm saying.
So I ain't never losing my catalog and paperwork, you know what I'm saying. So if I lost my catalog, like this is just like man, okay, boom shape back. You know what I'm saying, Come with some new sounds. You feel me. I feel like, if you're a hit maker, you're gonna make more hits. That's just what it is. Like if you if the people were like this one thing happened with this one thing, I'm like, then you don't make his nigger. You just still like it'sating, No, no, no,
I don't trust me. I get it. It's like, think about it, if your house burned down and you lose everything, But are you the type of nigga that's just gonna be depressed about that ship your whole life, or you type like I'm gonna get another house, bigger and better with everything back in big. Yeah, it took some time to get to that point, but I got to that point, you know what I'm saying, And I had to start realizing, like like how you said, Man, if you're a hitmaker,
that's what you do. I almost look at it like playing NBA two K. Now, it's like this is what I do. I play two K. I gamble on it. I bet money. You know what I'm saying. I might lose, I might win. You know what I'm saying. That's how I'm making music is. It's like I'm good at making beach. You know what I'm saying, put my bed on it. You know what saying. I might invest in it. We might win, we might look you know what I'm saying. So it's like most definitely like I feel what you're saying,
Like if you're hit making us what you do. That's why I had that got down, shake that ship off. But it's like the way I work. The way I work is so weird because it's like I might pull a verse from goddamn two years ago and put it with this new ship that I'm working on right now, and it might just be a banker so to me, you know what I'm saying, I got hit, Like I got hit. I'm like, damn, I lost all my tools. That's how we'll keep shit in the marketplace. That's how
we keeps it on the radio. That's how how we keeps it on on projects. But it's like, it's cool, phone, sit back, focus on your producers now, you know what I'm saying. Make sure your producers are getting placements. Make sure they're in the ruins with these artists. Now. You know I'm saying, you can work like that until you got them. Get all the way back and mold and start back having phone with this ship. You know what I'm saying. Now I'm back having phone with this ship.
What I'm saying, Uh, well, ear drummers. You know what I'm saying. I got a production team called ear Drummers. You know what I'm saying. The African hard homie, uh Africa, I think so? Yeah, he definitely African. We talked last year. He had a bunch of hits. He's my thirty African thirty from the Islands Island, Okay, but but now no, no, yeah, thirty on fire. You know what I'm saying. What about A plus A plus thirty p nasty Mars j Bo. You know what I'm saying, Like everybody on the squad
killing it. It's like Dirty Rock he didn't want multiple Grammas. Now you know what I'm saying, it's been nominated for Grammars, want multiple Grammars. And then he a multi platinum producer. You know what I'm saying, Like a plus multi platinum producer, won the g One a couple of Grammar has been nominated for a couple more p nasty multi platinum pop producer like he liked, He like if Dr Luke has sold to his beach, you know what I'm saying, Like
Ill is pop producer, you know what I'm saying. And then by Mars Serati multi platinum producer. So it's like the team has goddamn doing their thing. But when I hell back and started being more like you know what I'm saying, like Bank like to call me like Bill Bell and check, you know what I'm saying, started like Jack calling plays Like when I went in the studio with Roddy Rich for the first time, I knew my
headspace one there you feel me. But I told Roddy Rich like, may hey, you should lock it on my ya nigga thirty, he gonna deliver, you know what I'm saying. And then I'm like, he's gonna get you the hit that you're looking for, Like he like, you know what I'm saying, Like, how are you looking for? Like that, Mike will hit like he on that here, on that type of time, any studio he come, come go in too.
He's gonna hit the target, you know what I'm saying. Next, like that's necessary in the industry because a lot of niggas don't pass the ball like that exactly. And and and they ended up making the box you know what I'm saying, just from that l right there they made when I lined the session up Keith for hitting me. You're one, thirty, gonna be in l A. You're thirty, gonna be in l A next week. Thirty go to l A next week. Yo, They're gonna be at this
studio team Boom. They end up linking up Boom, the box happens. You feel me? That Shu got number one for level week. You know what I'm saying, it's just like at the end of the day and n just chill. You know what I'm saying, Like you ain't. Like that's what I had to realize. It's like man like Plus, I put them with my boy money making Matt, money making Matt working over the dream Ville. Plus end up doing the first two songs on the dream Ville album.
One of those songs get nominated for a Grammar you know what I'm saying, produced by Plus. So it's all about spreading and spreading the spreading all that out through your team and you know what I'm saying, just empowering
your team and building everybody up. You feel me, And that's you know what I'm saying, Like I've always been on that, but like I really more focused on like step back on the mike will branding, Like you know what I'm saying, Like I don't even have to be in the rooms like these guys and already learned over these years they know how to deliver. Now I'm trying to show like the whole team know how to deliver.
You know what I'm saying, Like, all right, you got a new Bangers shooting up the charts with Niki and Forever Bro to us like that ship that speed about? Man's crazy because man, me and why be did that's all the same night we did Seeming like It? And he put it some But yeah, we did that song the same night we did seem Like It and I had pulled up on y B. This was our first
time working, Like you know what I'm saying. We had running into each other a couple of times, exchange numbers a couple of times, but like, this was our first time working. There was a couple of years ago really and um, and then we did. I'm like, man, what kind of what kind of buy are you looking for? He's like, I want some dark ship? So boom, we did seem like it off the rim. I'm all right,
bet so God damn. He told me to pull up the next beat, and I pull up that speed about and then I'm like, height, brol, look now to beat different. You know what I'm saying. But I need you to try this. You know what I'm saying. It ain't no dark ship, but like I feel like it could be a banger. So he listening to the beat and he's like, now I don't make music like this. I'm right now, Look bro, I came in here. I delivered what you just said. You wanted something dark, We did seeming like it.
I don't want to keep doing the same song over and over and over, Like, man, let's just try this out right quick. You know what I'm saying, Like, funt with me. You know what I'm saying, fault with me. I'm gonna fun with you. We could just keep going back and forth here like ship I. I I bet I tried. He was like, when everybody got laid the room, you know what I'm saying. I went outside, roll the backwood, smoked that ship. Man called me come back in the room.
Come back in the room. He got the whole song done. I'm like, what the funk? This ship is a smash? You like, I don't like that ship. I was like, bro, this ship is a smash. Bro. He was like, well you can having for y'all. I'm like, ship back, you know what I'm saying. He was like, let me get seeming like it from my rom. I'm like ship back. And that's just how it went, and then browing it up. He was working on the project. He went to jail, and then he came home. When he came home, we're
gonna do what that speed about. We're gonna shoot the video and Ship I was gonna go to Texas, We're gonna shoot the video. And he ended up putting out that project seeming like it was on that project and then boom, he had got off. He had got off of like house arrest, and then he started moving around.
Then it's like schedules conflicting. Then we you know I'm saying, running into each other in l A. Then we had a video shoot set up and then like some someone with you know what I'm saying with that video, and then all of a sudden, he was just like, yo, bro, we should put Nikki on that song. I'm like forever, I'm alright, bet you know what I'm saying. Reached out to Nikki. Nikki, I got the song about use from my album Feature on y B you know Sam, She would like send it, send it to her. She sent
our verse back in like twelve hours. You know what I'm saying, I'm like, damn, and she snapped went crazy. I'm like, alright, bet So I had this other concept of this video that I was working on, and that ship was that Ship was like damn, They're done. But then Nikki was like, now we got to do like an ill video. We gotta do like a like a big video. And then at this time my free agent, I was just gonna put my own money up and just send it up the charts, you know what I'm saying.
But me and Craig Common we're doing like a lot of talking about other other projects at Atlantic and you know what I'm saying, doing other singles with other artists at Atlantic or whatnot. And Craig was like, yo, yo, like you have an album that you're working on or something like who I was like, yeah, you know what sound working on the album? I got um the single featuring Young Boy and Nicki mcnash. He was like, let me hear. Then he heard it, he was like, bro,
this song is a smash. Bro, I want to make sure I'll help you, Like I see what you're trying to do with your album. I see I see you trying to build. I see what you're trying to do with this Mike, we made a brand everything. I want to help you build that brand. I want to help you out damn push your song, like for real, like how do how do we put out your album? And
then I was like all right, ship. So you know I ended up doing the album deal with Atlantic, you know what I'm saying, and then Bone it's the first thing off to off the album, the album called Michael. What I'm saying, you know, the first step out this ship? You feel me it ship definitely the ship definitely doing good. It's getting a great response, like it ain't you know what, it ain't really no gimmicks over here, you know what I'm saying, Like like me and Bank, I always talking
about like the difference between like gifted and gimmicks. You know what I'm saying, like hype and heat. You know what I'm saying, Like it ain't no gimmicks over here. So I knew I wasn't gonna premiere number one Hot one hunting. You know what I'm saying, because I didn't do no gimmick ship. You know what I'm saying to get all the attention to you know what I'm saying.
But I'm always look at it for like like long haul ship, Like you know what I'm saying, Like it might not do this in the first week, it might not do this in the first week, but at the same time, if if like yeah, yeah, if it's a banger, It's gonna got down, keep getting big. It's a solid project. There's a banging as song as it got down, Solida video and folks working with it, so I know it's gonna got down girl, as high as it needs to go.
What's the most complicated part about producer artist relationships? Because sometimes like it could be somebody you're super tight with and then the fans, you know, they'll come out like you might not be on you might not do a beat for this person album or this person album or some shing like that. But you know, y'all are good. But I guess explained to the people because you know that people automatically assume like, oh, well they ain't doing
music together. You ain't know that album. They must not be working with each other, or they must not be this or that. So what's the most complicated part about producer artists relationships? And just getting ship done, getting the music done and get it out. I feel like I feel like the most difficult part of just this whole ship. You know what I'm saying, Producer artist relationship, artists, DJ
relation and shippers, and it's just understanding timing. Bro. You know what I'm saying, like everybody got to understand, like like just because you feel like it's time, it might not be time. Like I know, like if you ever like when you were DJ and in the club, you know what I'm saying, the nigger got damn pull up on you, Like, hey, bro, they play my song. Man, it's got them one forty five in the morning, you
know what I'm saying. And it's like, bro, it ain't your time right now, but you can give me the song. Send it to me. I listen to it in the morning, and then next time you put up on me. If it's a ship, I'm gonna play it. But the nigga gets so mad and be like, man, man funk that bro, Like you know what I'm saying. All my home wasn't here, bro, Like everybody bumping my ship. Bro, Like you know what I'm saying, to play my ship bank then you become you didn't do what they wanted you to do when
they wanted you to do exactly. So I feel like it's it's timing and it's and it's respecting each other's mind, you know what I'm saying. Like like if you're working with if a producer working with the artists and they respect the producer's mind. But don't they expect Don't they expect to. I'm just trying to break it down for people because they'd be on the internet. Don't they expect YouTube always um be making the beat or have a beat on a race drummer the album or a future
album or two change album. They expect that Sometimes it doesn't happen. That don't mean that there's nothing negative going on. It just means, like you say, the time, it might not have been there, or maybe the record just didn't fit that project exactly timer you know what I'm saying that That's one thing I had to learn because I came in the game. I was just so eager to God, damn, get on, get a placement, get a you know, get a song on the radio, or you know what I'm saying,
or anything like that. And I was trying to build might well made the ear drummer brand that I might have came across a little aggressive, you know what I'm saying, Like, because we was definitely gonna talk about that next. I was gonna say, like, Mike, Mike, Well, I have several you you hold the record along with Gucci for most eight am nine am phone calls when you was on your grind and would hit me like yeah, I might just hit me to up. He sent it up up.
You're like you were aggressive, but you know where you want to go. Wa. Never take it as no, like negative ship because it's like this neigt gonna go where he want to go when he said he gonna sit in and he's gonna work with Dr Dre all that ship that he used to say that some people might have thought this is crazy, but you visioned it. Can't nobody vision your vision for you. You already seen it,
like this is what I'm going. My whole thing is like like I don't I don't really understand the word no when you already seen somebody done, like you know what I'm saying. When you are already seen like like Doctor Dre do what he did or like Puff do what he did, and you were a student of the game and you've seen these folks do what they did
and how they did it. It's like and then you're trying to take the same approach, like you're trying to got them go to the artists and be like yeah, I'm I'm I'm I'm I'm gonna sitting in with this artist and I'm gonna be like Dr Dre was what goddamn snoop? You know what I'm saying, making this guy, you know what I'm saying, perfect this line. We're gonna come with the most solid song. You know what I'm saying. Because I don't like, like, man, no hot pockets ship
going on over here. I don't like hot pockets. You know what I'm saying. I want to I mean like like how pockets, you know, like hot pockets, the little the little hot pockets that you put in the microwave one minute, got down if you just chew it up. You know what I'm saying, Eat that ship be full, forgot them thirty minutes an hour. And you know what I'm saying, be hungry all over again. Like I'm trying to.
I'm trying to deliver a full course meal. You know what I'm saying, like like a goddamn You know what I'm saying. Your your cards, you know what I'm saying. Your vegetables, you know what I'm saying. Your your protein. You know what I'm saying. I'm trying to I'm trying to put all that in your system where it's like damn, like you know what I'm saying, Like there's some real ship, like you know what I'm saying, like and and that kind of ship right there. They don't take one minute
to make you know what I'm saying. It might take thirty minutes to make It might take an hour to MAKEE. So going back to music, it might take a year to make this. It might take you know what I'm saying, two years to make this, you know what I'm saying, Like it might take all these different mixes, you know
what I'm saying. So for certain artists might might not even sonically even here, Like they might not even sonically even get it, you know what I'm saying, Like they just wanted to man the song done, song done, brother, put it out. Bro. You over thinking this ship, Bro, Let's just go. And it's like I feel you know what I'm saying, I'm ready to go too, but it
ain't ready yet. I know it ain't ready, ye, because I'm gonna how that feeling inside my inside my gut that I can't even explain to nobody, you know what I'm saying, I can't explain it to nobody. But I'm gonna know you know what I'm saying, like, Okay, this ship ready, Okay, we might have to adjust this up one bpm, up two bpms or slow this down if it's if we're going for a certain feeling, we might
have to slow this down too bpms. You know what I'm saying, Like, and you know what I'm saying certain things like that. If you you start breaking that down to certain people that don't even know what bpm means, then it's like, man, funk that ship. Bro, Like you're trying to man You're trying to be on some Hollywood ship and it's like, bro, you what you say? What you're saying the situation is to cut you up with
what you're saying. The situations where it's young niggas that literally make some music, put that ship on SoundCloud and then go. They don't mix it down like we've seen some huge records, like I mean, what are you say in that space? Because some young niggas, what are you? They just like they don't think, they don't know how to think about it. They don't know bp and they don't know't them. It's it's an art to ignorance too. You know what I'm saying, there's a yeah, there's a
there's an art to ignorance. I learned that. I did that already. You know what I'm saying. Like I did that. I've been doing that. Come on screen, like I've been doing that. I've been sending you songs just two thousand six, two thousand seven from Gucci, Like, but we're just knocking them ships out and going. I'm trying to challenge myself.
I'm trying to build myself. I want when people here Mike Will Made It or Air Drummers, they know it's gonna be a banker, it's gonna be hard, it's gonna be a hit, it's gonna be solid, it's gonna sound like something. You're like when we hear Dr Dreke, we expect something. When we're here for real, we expect something like when we're here like Kanye West, we expect something.
You know what I'm saying. Like, So if if I'm steadily trying to goddamn go take it that far and trying to show my other young niggers and my other peers how far we can take it, and you know what I'm saying, I know I'm one of the leaders of that ship. I can't be I can't be playing around doing the same ship I was doing in two thousand six, two thousand seven. You know what I'm saying, Like, but I ain't knocking nobody who got damn knocking song got put on side cloud? Go up? You know what
I'm saying. Hey, I'm sometimes like when there's certain new artists, I might be late on the train. I might be late on the train just because I might not have followed him on SoundCloud. I might not have been that
first two hundreds follower, you know what I'm saying. On SoundCloud and saw that first, second or third single that he put out, You feel me like I might have caught on to him once that song already popped off of SoundCloud and it started and it came across my radar in the club, or somebody playing it around me or something like that. You feel me. So sometimes you know what I'm saying, You might show it to the party late. But it's like, like I feel like there's
nothing wrong with that. There's nothing wrong with that. It's an art to ignorance, but like it's an art to like that distortion. Like I know, like, man, a lot of my old Gucci beats, like if you, if you, if you listen close, like it'll sound like it's air on my beats. You know what I'm saying. The only reason it was sounding like that is because all my ship was plugged up around all my ship was plugged up into a multi track recorder, and I didn't know
how to plug my ship up. I just had this audio, Okay, we're going here, this audio, okay, we're going there, and I and I was recording it through this. I was recording it through a certain guitar distortion. And I didn't even really understood still what that meant right there, because I talked myself how to count bars all that different kind of ship. So with me, it's all about like the next steps, you know what I'm saying, Like like I don't want to God damn, certain songs. I wanted
to sound dirty like that. I wanted to sound like I want my ether way to sound distorted, but I wanted to sound distorted in a certain kind of way.
I don't wanted to sound distorted like I don't know how to control distortion, you know what I'm saying, Like, I don't know if this is making any sense, especially producers out there, because because because it's like it's like this is why, this is why I started to realize when I was doing a lot of rap beats right and and and like the game was like rap, d M and d UM at the time was popped and it was like rock and roll, and it was like
I started studying like different draws, and like, damn, what do they like about different draws? I started realizing, like, Okay, in rock and roll, they respect distortion like they respect like distortion and darkness. So if I'm gonna do a beat, you know what I'm saying, this ship from like itching ship is distorted as fun, you know what I'm saying. But certain people that might not even listen to rap, you know what I'm saying, they might hear that shouldn't
be like that. But yeah, yeah that ship is a a badass, you know what I'm saying. Like you know what I'm saying, like on some ship like that, because it's like they're like, damn, how did he get to like get that ship to distort like that? You know what I'm saying. It sounds so wrong, but it's it's so right, Like you know what I'm saying, like and and the and the itching version I'm talking about is where it's saying like World World, World premiere. You know what I'm saying. That's the one
that we just dropped online from my mixtape. You know what I'm saying, And just drop my bad mother Bad and just drop that ship online and fucking um and that ship had just went up, you know what I'm saying. And like and you know what I'm saying. Next thing, you know, like certain people, you know what I'm saying, like that respect other kinds of musics, Like yo, bro, I like this, So I like that, you know what
I'm saying. So it's it's just like sonically understanding, you know what I'm saying, music and understanding like different frequencies and vibrations, and you know what I'm saying. Just my whole thing is just like earn that pot and then and then pushing it to the limit. You know what I'm saying. Like when I'm producing, that's what I'm thinking about. Whether it's a project or song or whatever, I'm trying to push it to the limit, try to get the best out of this artist. And then I'm trying to
just stir up a pot. I'm trying to got THEMN bring this kind of vibe, bring this kind of vibrating, that kind of vibe. Like that's why we started putting the filters on our beats because it was like that was already popping in the eating world. You know what I'm saying, the filters and ship, but they didn't have the filters with the with the destory A to weights though,
you know what I'm saying. And then it was like, you know what I'm saying, like that's like like playing Jane, you know what I'm saying for Gucci, Like you know what I'm saying, Like like really with that songs, like Gucci didn't really understand that beat at first. People like brother beat just like it just keep going like this, bro, you know what I'm saying, Just go onto the filter
and to come back. But you're going like I'm like, Google, you just gotta get on that motherfucking just you know, and you gotta just use that flow, you know what I'm saying. And I feel like that's another part of the full course meal. You being able to pull people outside of their box and like making them see and understand a different way and also becoming comfortable with that different way so that they can go to another level or go to like another side that they wouldn't be
used to. That is going to help them expand. What I'm saying, like, yeah, like it's my pet peeve when when the artists tell me like like, hey, bro, this ain't the type of music I do. I ain't come here for that. You know what I'm saying. I ain't come here to do the same type of song that you do. You know what I'm saying. Or you know what I'm saying, Like I came here for us to
collab and do something new. You know what I'm saying that if you don't feel if you just don't like this, I'm not gonna force you to like this and let but if I'm sure about this beat, like I'm like, I know it, Like yeah, I'm gonna I'm gonna keep pushing it. I'm gonna fall back when I when you're saying to fall back, but I'm gonna keep like ain't the way around it, you know what I'm saying. With Future, it was like Future to not like that beat, you
know what I'm saying. At first, he didn't understand it. But I'm like, bro, if you're do a melodic song or here, it's out of here. You know what I'm saying. And Bro was like man, he was like, he was like, man, Bro, you ain't got no more beats. I'm like, Bro, I'm telling you, Bro, this is the one. Bro Like you know what I'm saying, This the one one, and then he'll pull out some more beats, working them. You know
what I'm saying. This ship went on for like five six days, maybe ten days, you know what I'm saying. Like one night he was doing Tony Montana. I'm like, Bro, he and the vibe, you know what I'm saying. After he finished Tony Montanna to me him at the studio, You're like, Bro, you gotta beat. I'm likedy, but I got that same beat. Bro. Tell me. You know what I'm saying. Me and you were here, Bro, if you do it, if you do along on this ship, bro,
ship out of here. Bro, You're like, bro, play the beat. Bro. You know what I'm saying. I play no way around it. He's like, he's like, I'm turning the microne going to booth, lay down the hook. I'm like at first, I'm like, man, he just trying to knock because I'm hearing him through the booth and he's just saying, a bitch gonna be a bitch, gonna be a hole killer. But I don't hear how I signed him with the beats, I'm like, he's just trying to knock something out. So I quit
pulling up this beat, you know what I'm saying. But then when the engineer played when he came out the booth and the engineer played it back, bro I remember the ship like he was just said. I was sitting on the couch and Brian had just walked in, and I'm just hearing, like, you know, that ship come on so epic, you know what I'm saying. And then Brod just walking the room. And then then ship just dropped a bitch gonna be a big I knew right there.
I got goose bumps. I'm like, brother, ship out of here. Bro Ship. He was like, bro, you just man, he just gonna say that ship bro you and this beat, but like you just go. I'm like, I'm telling you this ship out of here. He didn't even have no versus, you know what I'm saying. Spence came to the studio. Spence was like, brother Ship out of here. You know what I'm saying. The Future I laid down the first verse.
I came to the studio and Future was like the Future was like, man, Yo, Spence said that song out of here, brother at that one, and I'm like, Man, I'm telling you, brother ship out of here. He was like, man, all right. He still didn't finish it, and he was he was working on a true story. And then fact Matt was in there. In Fact Matt, they would ever look for one more song. Fact Matt was like, Bro, I like, this ain't the way around it. And then Browne,
that's my future. When it did the second verse boone, they used on a true story and then the ship came out and Future had to show like I don't know if it's like making It was somewhere in Georgia, like you know what I'm saying, outside of Atlanta, and and like everybody knew the words, and then Esco got them one acapella and they knew the words to it. To the hook Anniverse. The man called me on the way back home. He said, bro, Bro, we finally got our first hit. Bro. We caught one for man I
just performed. But he folks seen this ship acapella. I'm like, Bro, they were just playing on the radio cash you know, and and a little bankhead man. He was just playing on the radio. Got them for thirty minutes. Bro, you know what I'm saying. He was like, Bro, I think we got one. I'm like, no, it's the one. Bro. You know what I'm saying. And it's like if I would have just if you know, I'm saying, some some producers and some some producers just pull up on fan time.
You know what I'm saying. They might just pull up on the artist and just be a fan of this artist. And it's just like he said, you know what I'm saying. You know what I'm saying, Like you know what I'm saying, Like he he don't like this beat, or you know what I'm saying, I can't play it no more like I can't say nothing back to him, you know what I'm saying. Or just let the artists straight up be like man ship music. Yeah, I'm not. I'm not. I'm
not forcingate. I'm not forcunate, but you know what I'm saying. Sometimes like vision is to be able to see the unseen, you know what I'm saying. So it's like if you if you can't, if you can't see this, I can't expect you to see it unless we have some kind of proof of concept. And I know you don't want no writer, you know what I'm saying, So like I know you don't want to writer, so maybe you ain't. You can't hear this beat right now, So I'm gonna
go to this next beat. I see what, Bob, you know, I'm gonna go to this next people gonna do this like like okay boom, like like prime example, um, prime example, like um um, how Free Bricks got started? You know what I'm saying. When we did Nasty Me and you were doing men men go to in the studio all day boom, I had already got him on this one beat, you know what I'm saying. And and I'm playing the beat and I'm like, man, he get on it, and I tell him to stop, like you know what I'm saying,
Like he in the booth. I'm like, yo, gooch, I already see what vibe you on. I got another beat for you. You You know what I'm saying. I'm I'm like that that that right there ain't it for that beat, you know what I'm saying. And I got down playing another beat. But me and Gooch's rock like that. So if I tell him that he he not no artists, that's gonna be tripping like that. He's gonna be like,
all right, bro, pull up the next one there. You know what I'm saying, I pull up the next one that he just eat it because I see where he at. You know what I'm saying. Me and him just we we we we were just a lot, you know what I'm saying. We just always just been locked in like that. You know what I'm saying. So it's like man boom with with how Free Bricks started. It was me and him.
One day my phone was hooked up to the OX and then um my phone was hooked up to the OX and then my phone started ringing and my rain tone was ain't the way around it. So he was like, man, Bro, you don't never give me no ship like that. Bro. You know what I'm saying. I'm like, Bro, I said, look at that beat from the other day. You know what I'm saying, that you were rapping. I told you to stop get on that beat and just put all the tune on your voice. Bro, You're gonna have your
own vibe. You know what I'm saying. And he was like, he was like, man, I pull it up. They don't even I don't even remember the beat. Pull it up. I pulled it up. Boom. We're going back and forth, we come up with a hook. He's going to booth. You know what I'm saying. He'd do nasty and then he like, bro, man, this should have hit. Bro, I'm gonna put the Wayne on this ship. I'm gonna put the Wayne on this ship. I'm like, nah, Bro, you gotta put a future on this ship. You're like future
of a little Wayne. You're like, Bro, you're talking about you talking my rock up by the future. I'm like, hell yeah, but you gotta put a future on that ship, bro, you know what I'm saying. And he like, call future. Bro, you're talking like that, Mike. I know that's your boy, but god damn future over a little Wayne. I'm like, yes, Bro, you know what I'm saying. Hes gonna be the new wave. And he just like you, Bro, he gonna eat this
ship quick. You know what I'm saying. He like he like man, He's like man ship, all right, call him call Future. Bro Man Goutier did it hard as song. Bro, you she got down, Man, you need to funk with it, he said, pull up the Morrow if you say bad boom, Future put up. The next day we did lost it.
We did got damn, we did lost it. We did Nasty and then Future and then Good told me, like, Bro, your by Future hard, But I see what you're talking about, Like he's hard, saying, like, man, what's up to tape? You're like, Man, we need to do a tape ainting. I'm like, hey, yeah, Boom, he's that called Future. Tell me let's do it tape called Future, right bro Boom, Good said, Man, let's do it tape Boom. You know what I'm saying. We started working on that ship become
free bricks, you feel me? So I was like, it might not be the timing right then, I ain't gonna force an artist on it. But you know what I'm saying, I might see it already, Like you know I'm saying I might just see it. Bro. I knew first day out the fans when I made that for a gut, y'all knew that was I knew that was first day out the fans. You know what I'm saying. I'm trying to explain him the beat over car links. You know
what I'm saying to me. Him already talking over car links every day, So it's like, you know what I'm saying, we're talking heat Like man, y'all need a beat, like I need to be coming out sounding like this. You know what I'm saying. I'm like, Yo, I got this beat. It's gonna be simple, you know what I'm saying. But it's gonna sound like, well, you just walked into the club. You know what I'm saying. I'm just thinking about you walking out of that gate, my nigga. You know what
I'm saying. It's gonna be like you're walking in the club. You know what I'm saying. When you hear this ship. You know what I'm saying. Boom he called me when he got out. Well some of them beats, bro the pull up to the house in like two hours. I bet Boom, send them to the beach, put up to the house. He already got first day out the fairs, laid down. You know what I'm saying. I'm my brother's it right here. I said, Man, give me the files,
give me the fines, I go to the studio. I put the dark part at the beginning because in my mind, I was thinking about, like, you know, you know what I'm saying, if you if you locked up in the junk, you know what I'm saying, You like that dark part at the beginning of the song, Like that's what I'm thinking about, Like, man, you're walking through this motherfucker's like
it's it's just dirty, you know what I'm saying. You're in the joint, and then as soon as you open that door and you out, it's like boo boo boo boo boo boo. Like you know what I'm saying, It's just like it's just like a cloth. It's like it's daylight. It's like, you know what I'm saying. That's how I'm thinking.
Like when when I when I thought about First Day Out the fairst and it was like to be we was already talking about the First Day Out the Fair song, and like that was a vision for that was a vision for that song, Like you know what I'm saying, Like, and you know, if if me and Google then had that that trust for each other, you know what I'm saying, working wise, and he might not. He might have heard that be be like, Bro, sh it ain't it? Bro?
You know what I'm saying. But he you know what I'm saying, Like he know, like we didn't already been through them times where it's like, bro, you know, sign right on this beat right here, get on this one, or man, get on this one and put this person on there, or either he'd be in the booth and then he might have been wrapping something in the control room that was so hard and then go on the
booth and say something totally different that's hard. But I'll go in the booth and be like man used that as the second verse, and then hey, bro, you remember what you're son in the control room? Hey put that back at the first verse. So we just say when need to be feeling like man and he like we all did too difficult. Man, he only got them being the booth and he want to got them telling how to rep Yeah, like what would not tell him? Tell him about the ride here and ship? Nah, you're talking
about that, but what's the college? Like I feel if they say if they if they say, like you know what I'm say, if they if they said they say goddamn by the ning, it might were difficult, you know what I'm saying. But it's like, like I said, but vision is to be able to see that. I'm saying, Bro, you're not getting the You're just not getting the vision. I'm not trying to be difficult at all, but but I am trying to goddamn deliver the best record, and
the best of them were difficult. Dr Dre was quote unquote difficult. If you look at them. You know, I'm saying a lot of people, a lot of these artists that they might be like yo, they need a Dr Dre like you might have like a certain respect, Like if Dr Dre Colin right now. You know what I'm saying, and then they come to the studio. You know what I'm saying. If Dr Dre tell them to retake some ship a hundred times, you know what I'm saying. I know they're gonna do it just for the experience. You
know what I'm saying. If you're not having that same experience with me, it's not time for us to work. You know what I'm saying. That's how I feel. You know what I'm saying, because I'm you know what I'm saying, I feel like I'm trying to be well. I am a producer that's cut from that same cloth. You know what I'm saying. I am a producer that's cut from that same cloth. So when I'm in the studio, like I'm trying to I'm trying to perfect some ships. So
I'm not trying to be difficult. I'm just trying to push you to the limit. I'm trying to make sure I'm pushed to the limit. And goddamn, Like, that's how Men and Kendrick were able to do DNA because the we're the same you know what, I'm same type of type of person that's trying to push each other to
the limit. You know what I'm saying, Like and like, that's why any any classes I got with anybody from the Future to Thug to Goddamn Gucci to Kendrick to Beyonce to you know what I'm saying, Moley Sorrus, we pushed each other to the limit. You know what I'm saying. We push each other to the limit production wise, and and and and vocal wise. You know what I'm saying,
no matter how difficult that is. And a lot of times, like I said, a lot of people show up on fan time, you know I'm saying a lot of people show up like I'm in the room with Gouch, you know what I'm saying, Like I'm in the room with Gouch, Like I'm I'm in the room with Pluto, like you know what I'm saying, Like he got on my song or he got on my beach, like you know what I'm saying, Like they pull up on that kind of time,
so I feel like that's not producing. And but even but even artists might pull up like that, and it might just be so easy to work with this artist or easy to work with this producer just because pulling up and you know what I'm saying. And sometimes artists might not want to hear you talk about like you should you could change your flow, you know what I'm saying, Or but you could, you could really go hard on that first first like bro, this is the one. You
know what I'm saying. They might not want to hear that right now because they ain't the whole another vibe. They ain't a whole another vibe after last song they did or the next song they're about to do, you know what I'm saying. And they might do song right here, they might be sleeping on you know what I'm saying.
So basically you're saying, as a producer, it's important that you're able to read your artists that you're working with at a time so that you can tell like what type of time they're on, so that you don't you gotta do all that. Like as a producer, it's your job to to put together this three minute song three minute thirty seconds. So on two minute thirty seconds song, you it's your job to put together this song and keep the listeners here for the whole duration of that song.
Make sure every second counts on that motherfucker. Know what I'm saying. That's your job, you know what I'm saying, Because when when they get to one minute and thirty five seconds and that's just are getting bored. Guess what the listener gonna do? Skip that motherfucker. They're not getting to two minutes, you know what I'm saying, because they're like, all right, bro, enough of that ship, you know what I'm saying. But it's like, man, if it's goddamn like,
you know, I don't know how long DNA is. You know what I'm saying. I don't know. I don't know how long it is, but it's like when you listen to it's like it was a moment. It was like it was an experience, you know what I'm saying. It's like you're on a roller coaster on that motherfucker, Like you know what I'm saying, Like me and jay Z made the hardest song under one minute in music history,
you know what I'm saying. You can't find a song harder under one minute then Beach is Better, Me, jay Z and my boy Mars who made a banger, you know what I'm saying. And it's under one minute, but it's not one song in music history that's harder than Beach is Better. You know what I'm saying, under a minute? You feel me? So it's like but we kept the listeners there, like but we want more, you know what
I'm saying. Like Move that dope was like long at Hell's like four minutes and something, but it was like you keep the listeners here the whole way. It's just like, I don't I don't know how long Moved that Doubt was. And I get that from like growing up listening to like Earth on on the Fire, like different rock bands, and you know what I'm saying, Like they have ten minute songs, they got twelve minute songs. You know what
I'm saying. So it's like, man, shoot, the motherfucker should want to hear your ship over and over like if it if it's a short song, it's it's cool that's a short song, because they're gonna put on repeat. They want to hear this over and over. It's like, damn, I love this ship, but you feel me? So I feel like a solid producer. That's your that's your job,
you know what I'm saying. And whether that means like get this guy to play the keys, or get this guy to make the beat, or make this beat with this person, or get this person to write on this song. And you know what I'm saying, get this feature and bring this artists with that artist and knowing that this artist should get on this and instead of that, or or knowing that or we should take this sound out or we should put another sound in, or you know
what I'm saying. It needs to get mixed a little bit more in these reverb right here, the high hats need to be paying a little bit to the left. You know what I'm saying, like we need to bring the vocals up one dB or two d b. We need to god damn speed the track up. You know what I'm saying, one one bpm, two bpms Like you know what I'm saying, whatever the whatever it is, we need to add another eight o way on top of that.
Or you know what I'm saying, this is eight the way they ain't hitting right, Like we need to make it a little bit longer, or the kick is not or you got to kick stereo. So you know I'm saying that ain't the way. They're sitting too much on top of the kick. You need to have to kick kicking through you know what I'm saying, Like, whatever it is, bro, you got to know how to hit that. What's your what you think is your biggest banger or the record
it's most special to you. I know that's tough because you've got a lot of records and you're probably gonna give somewhat of a political answer, But what's that record? I'm gonna ask you. I'm gonna ask you two ways. What's the record this near and dear to your heart? And what's the record that changed your life? Uh? Nears and DearS to my heart, damn scream shoose women. That's like saying, like, what's the best thanks for giving me
or you ever had? You don't generally be the same though you get the same venue every year, the saying which one your favorite kids? Okay, let's again, what's the one that changed your life the most? The most? They all did, but I feel you the first one that changed your life the first six but but but all right, the first the first one that sucked my head up.
Though when I sit back and look at it, like like when I look back, when I look back at it and I'm not in real time, it's like it got to be Black Beatles because it was like that was my first number one. I won hunted. You know what I'm saying. I didn't work with Beyonce already, I didn't work Miley already at this point, I didn't work with Rihanna all the way already at this point, jay Z already at this point, And you know what I'm saying.
And I get my first number one with these young kids from Tupelo, Mississippi, who I gave their first shot to featuring the dude gave me my first shot. You know what I'm saying. So it was like, wasn't his first number that's his first number one, that's the first
number one. So we get we all get our first and then and then when you and then when you think about it, it's like, man Shrump, first interview on DJ dropping against your girl ready on Hot one or seven nine, the first interview go to your comment from jail. You know what I'm saying. Said every who He said you just had on the radio. I said, I said, brother, Nigga, Man, we're gonna they group called Ray Shriman. You know I'm saying that from Twopolo Misssip. He said, Bro, give him
one of my verses. Bro. He was like, man, they put the put put one of my verses on y'all mixtape because we're gonna drop a mixtape. He was like, man, put one of my verses on your mixtape. I'm like, hey, han goog, Bro, we gotta wait till you get home. Bro. You know what I'm saying. He was like, a Bro, you're gonna put me on the mixtape. I'm like, Brod's just gonna make it seem like I'll put you on
the mixtape. You know what I'm saying like i'd rather seem like you know what I'm saying, Like we did a banger together. Bro, I'm telling he's gonna be right on time when you come home. Bro, you know I ain't going nowhere. I'm right here, you know what I'm saying. So he's like, man ship back boom. This is the first song we do. We waited them years. You know what I'm saying, Google, get out of jail. The first
week he get out of jail, he did. The verse of that song is Shrimp first number one, My first one one hit first someone, you know what I'm saying. And it's like I gave shrim the first shot. Google gave me my first shot, you know what I'm saying. And it was just like the one they're the ones line up. I'll be watching the ones lined up. You know what I'm saying. I don't know what that means, but when the ones be lining up, it's just like like it's special. It's like the angels talking to you.
So that's like the first song that really like you know, like funk my head up, like when I look at it like that. But then another one is like me and Kendrick you know what I'm saying, Like when we didn't humble, like it was like, man, me and Kendrick already have been rocking for like nine years, you know what I'm saying. That's why I'm saying, Like the timing, you know what I'm saying, Like people didn't even know that me and Kindred were cool all the way back
since like two thousand and eleven, two thousand teen. You know what I'm saying. Me and Schoolboard Q had linked first and then he had linked me, and do you know what I'm saying. So every time they would come to Atlanta, they would just be like, hey man, Mike, we'll pull up. You know what I'm saying. So I'll pull up on them. Anytime I'm in l A Boom They're telling me to pull up on him. Boom, I'll pull up on him. I hit their phone, they pull
up on me whatever. You know what I'm saying. So it's like, Man Boom were like we we just wrought with each other like family. You know what I'm saying. Good kid Man said he come out. I'm not on the album. I don't get mad at Kin trip, but I know I gave him over a thousand beats for the album, you know what I'm saying. But when I heard the album, I'm like, oh, I see why we're not on there, and none of those beats matches album. You know what I'm saying. I got a thousand beats
for to Pimper Butterfly, you know what I'm saying. But when I heard the album, like, okay, I said, while we're not on there, boom when he shot it, Damn, he said, y'all about to shot my next album. I want to start with you. You know what I'm saying. I'm a I bet he put up to the house nine in the morning, boom, and we're just listening to the beach for hours. You know what I'm saying. All types of beat beats is undone beats from Little Beat.
One of my homeboys made a beat machine. He brought it over there like and I'm just fucking with it, Like dot wanted to hear everything, you know what I'm saying. So I got him, I loaded him up, and then he went in one week and he did DNA, he did Humble, he did XXX. You know what I'm saying, All them ships one week and then it was like and it was like, damn, like that ship crazy and it's like Humble I had originally made because I knew
Gucci was coming home the next day. So I'm like, if he don't like first day out the fest, I wanted to give him my urgent drinks. So I'm like, man, ship, if he don't like first day out the first, I'm gonna work around. Give him. God Damn, I'm gonna I'm gonna work around give him. Goddamn this humble joint, you know what I'm saying. I had made that beating like ten minutes, but I just knew it was like an urgent joint. I just know it was like this. So I was like, man, all right, cool, you know what
I'm saying. I pull up on Gooch. He already did first day out the first I tried playing Humble. He was like, man, that's a club banger. Brother. I ain't you know what? I need some doc shop. I needed some hard ship. I'm just trying to wrap bro. I need some hard ship. I bet you know what I'm saying. So that beat also reminded me on something like West Coast, like easy type ship, so I sent it the dot, like, Bro, what you think about this and then you know what
I'm saying. That's when Dot had got the Humble beat, but he had knocked out that beat. DNA says all in one week, you know what I'm saying. And then Dot was always saying, like Humble their Matches album. We was a are excited about DNA that was gonna be the single. You know what I'm saying. We're we're excited about that. But he always said Humbled the Matches album, and he was gonna give me Humble for ransom too, And I was like, I'm telling you, I think you
know what I'm saying, you should use Humble. And then Top Dog her Humble and was like no, no, no, we can't get this one. The wright bro like like, bro, this's gotta be a single, you know what I'm saying. So Boom Dot ended up hit me back and was like, Bro, which one you think hard, the DNA or Humble. I'm like, bro, there are two different joints, like Humbles like a single. DNA is like, Yo, what the funk just happened? You know what I'm saying. So he's like, man, no, That's
what I'm getting. He was like, we're trying to put out first, if you were to call it, and then I'm like, man Ship. It depends on when the album dropped, Like if the album gonna drop the next day, drop DNA. You know what I'm saying. If I'm gonna drop in a couple of weeks, try humble, because you know what I'm saying. That became the anther for the NBA and everything. Man, Man, we want to part surprise after that drink, you know what I'm saying. We want to parts of award off
of that drint. We want to grab me off of that right. And it's crazy because you know what I'm saying. The song was nominated for a Grammy everything. You know what I'm saying. We were going up against desper Cito, all kind of all kind of different songs, you know what I'm saying. So next thing, you know, I'm talking to Bank Bank like, bro, you're gonna win that Grammar. I'm like, man Ship. Even if I don't win the Grammar,
I feel like I did. Bro Nick is nominated for a Grammar, this song going crazy, like and everybody telling me like, bro, you'all gonna win, you know what I'm saying. But I'm just thinking like how the Grammars work. It would be them songs that you think gonna win that don't win, you know what I'm saying. So it's like yeah, So it's like, Man, at that point, it's like like I'm I'm I'm content with myself because we had already lost with Formation. I thought Formation should have won, you
know what I'm saying. I just knew that was gonna win, but that one didn't win. So when we lost with that, I was already like comfortable, Yeah, comfortable enough for myself. Word. It's like, man, hey, bro, this ship nominated ship. I feel good one of these. But you're gonna win one day, you know what I'm saying. But we might we might lose against this desper cito some bank. Like hell, now, bro, you're gonna win the Grammar, but at least one of
the motherfuckers. You're gonna bring one of the motherfuckers back home. I remember I was in New York. I'm like, man, all right, Ship, Man, I like, I like the way you're talking, bro. You know what I'm saying. Bro, I was on my phone in the car on the way to the Grammars Boom and I'm recording myself and I'm like, I'm like, hey, man, look man, Humble nominated for a Grammar. You know what I'm saying, Like, even if we don't win this motherfucker, like I feel like we still want
out of that. And then my manager was like, whoa wait, wait, I just got the email congratulations, like well on your first wing, you know what I'm saying. And that's when I find out Humble one of Grammar. And then I called Bank. I'm like, nigga, how the hell they tell you before for that award? You know that award? They tell you only certain awards they hold off, you know what I'm saying, Like they hold off, but like certain
awards that they can let you know before. You know what I'm saying, but like right before, like when you're pulling up to that ship. But it's like, um, yeah, you know what I'm saying. So I was like, man, that ship was just crazy. I called Bank, like how the fuck you call all that? Bro? Like how the fund you know that ship? And he was like, man, they got told you. You know what I'm saying. That was that was that was the first That was the
first Grammy. So that right there goes back to what you were saying earlier as far as like you're rocking with a person behind the scenes and people be like, damn, why this person if they funk with you, why you ain't on the album? And I'm saying, you just gotta stay down with the ship into that ship work out. You know what I'm saying. This, This is my final The biggest question bad keep it real? How many wraps? Not seriously, like do you wrap? Do you be rapping?
Sometimes you get hard, so you ain't never putting hard? Was hard when I was young. You ain't never put out no rapping. I ain't never heard no well like rapping. Though, I ain't gonna lie like you're at a bait. No, he heard a voice note, but but what's it called up? I ain't gonna lie, bro like I get on smoke cushot pop beings with Gucci. You know what I'm saying.
I was a young nigger. I was a young nigger and I was in the studio and I played to be for Gucci, and I just went up like, bro, I got a verse hard to you know what I'm saying. And he was like, ship, get on that motherfucker. They got shot like you to get on that ship, so just making you just make these songs for yourself, Like no, you know what it was like I'm saying now, oh like no, I don't even I don't even well, I need to go in there, going in there, But I
don't never lay nothing down. I ain't never. I ain't been in the boostince I was like like seventeen eighteens. You know what I'm saying. But the reason why I had to stopped rapping right then I had to make my decision when Goop said, man, get on in there. You know what I'm saying. The reason why I had to stop, like make my decision right then because it's like, man,
all right, bro, what you want to do? Because you need to master something, you know what I'm saying, Like like if you're trying to be that producer, I'm coming here, got down, coming here, trying to rap and then got there, get your beats out, Like, man, what you want to do? You know what I'm sayings and do the music exactly what you want to do? You want to be the biggest gangster or the biggest rapper, you know what I'm saying.
Do you ever feel like you want that? Like for real timber the moment like Mike will hit man, you're rapping and you did your own beat. Like, do you ever I'm not saying that, I'm just saying that, do you ever think about that? Do you ever vision that? I did? Vision it at one point? You know what I'm saying. And I haven't had that urge. You know what I'm saying, I haven't had that urge to really
like to do it. But the reason why I had stopped rapping because I was like, man, I want to talk about like like I wanted to tell the truth, and I knew what I was rapping about. One of the truth I was talking about, like money, cars. I was seeing it for myself. I already knew. I was like, man, one day, IM gonna have a bad one dam to be able to get whatever whip I want. You know
what I'm saying. I like pretty girls and you know what I'm saying, And god damn, I'm gonna goddamn always be fresh and I'm gonna always rock this, this, that that. But you know what I'm saying, I'm gonna just be clean. You know I'm saying, even if it ain't the most designer ship, I'm gonna just be a clean gass player,
you know what I'm saying. So back then, when I was rapping that ship, I'll say certain ship from the soul, but it but it was like They're like, man, I ain't really got no money like that, and I ain't really got this ship like that. That's why for everybody though. Yeah, but I couldn't be speaking that roly into existance. They don't have it yet. Man. I had to do that behind the scenes. I couldn't jump out there like that
to be rocking the Nigger ship. And just you know, I'm saying confident, like you know what I'm saying, Like I couln't. I couldn't do it. I couldn't do it, you know what I'm saying. So I just had the goddamn stop and just really start producing, like I know what this ship happsed to sound like. Bro, you know what I'm saying. Like you know I'm saying, I know
what this ship was to sound like. I'm I'm gonna fucking music like nerd and I used to keep them off fucking walk man earphones on goddamn every album I'm buying that ship. I'm I'm in tune with like you know what I'm saying, how this ship proposed to sound? Bro. So it's like I'm I'm gonna far back and I'm gonna got down first mate beats. Then I'm gonna start producing the I'm gonna start producing hits. I'm gonna start executive producing albums, and you know what, I'm gonna take
this producing ship all the way there. Gucci didn't already like also, like around the time we're doing Trap back, Guci had a long time with me, Like, Bro, Bro, Like what the fund you round? Nigga? Like, Man, Nigga, you don't think you're holding the frail, Bro, you don't think you're holding Doctor Drake. Bro, Like you don't think you're holding timber Man. Come on, Bro, Like, man, you post have been going up? Bro, Like what the are you doing? Bro? Is it? Because it is it? Because baby,
do you think you would enjoy performance? No? Right, that's what I feel like. I feel like it ain't that I feel like your heart wouldn't be with the rest of the ship that come with it. But it's so it's so weird though, because it's like I did a I did like some DJ sets in front of Big crowds, and it's like I thought about it, like, bro, you're damn they're performing broping. You know what I'm saying. You know what I'm saying, Like, yeah, you're repping his other
nig ship. But I don't want to be obligated to like, Okay, I have to go on the tour. I've never been on a whole tour, even when I went on Toward the Future to a restrim tour, it's like man, weekend a week you know what I'm saying. And that's it. Yeah, I cannot got things going the whole tour. I can't. I can't do all them interviews and then like you know what I'm saying, Like I was never really doing this ship for the fame, bro, Like I was doing it for the impact and for the money, you know
what I'm saying. Like it was like more like I wanted to have big songs that had big impact. It's kind of like what it is nowadays, Like people know Mike Well have made it, they know the music, they know the production. It was a big impact, but some people might not know what I look like, you know what I'm saying. I could walk over here, I can go over there. You know what I'm saying. They might not know what I look like, they might not know who I am. I wan't doing it for the fun.
I wannt doing it for the attention for a motherucker to just be like you know what I'm saying. Like, but if a person gets excited and they know who I am, and they and they do, you'll let me get an autogram, let me take a picture. You know what I'm saying. I showed love. It's all good, but I want't doing it for that. Some people just doing it just straight for the attention, you know what I'm saying. And I and then I also you know what I'm saying. We we didn't have everything like I was trying to
come up. I told my mom like ship man, I'm gonna change. I'm changing everything up, like I'm changing everything up for us boom. You know what I'm saying. So I was doing it for the money too, But I wasn't only money hungry or money driven like the first like all the way up to until like two thousand and eleven, I won't getting paid for no beats like all that mixtape should I was doing. I want to getting paid for no beats, so I want I want never that producer either that was like, oh, I ain't
getting paid, I ain't pulling up. No, I'm pulling up. You know what I'm saying. I'm pulling up on everybody session. Every studio in Atlanta was working on my beat at one point. You know I'm saying, I'll pull up the hot beats. A room be room, see room working on my beat, pull up the patchwork. You know what I'm saying. A room b room working on my beat. Go to eleven Street, the a room b room working on my beat. Put up on two chains on God damn, um on
on that boom. He working on my beat. And then if if it's some cats that I might have met in the street, or you know what I'm saying, I might have met at the clubs or whatever I put up at their track spot whatever. You know what I'm saying, play them some beats, Give them some beats. Everybody working on my beats. I'm doing this ship that got down eleven am, twelve pm. All the way they got down four or five in the morning, that I'm going all
the way back the car. I'm gonna wake up the next day, do the same ship until I got them. We've been cut THEMN. You know what I'm saying, until we got a real wave. You know what I'm saying, until we're making a real impact. You know what I'm saying. Like and and certain people would will get it confused, were like, man, this nigger got there and to be blowing me up. This nigga to be tripping knock. But I'm just trying to get that. I see you working. I just saw you in the club. I saw you
got down perform. I got your number. I got your number for this. I didn't get your number that goddamn just say I got your number. I got your number so I can got them pull up on you and we can make a banker right quick. You know what I'm saying up so like so like whenever I used to be calling the nigga bank his as had my favorite song that stopped playing. Man Man, he was around the episode. I bet you ain't got fitty songs. I got playlist. I ain't got no figure of playlist. It
ain't fit. I'm gonna find he man, man man, my boys riding around, we were riding around to that guy down stopped playing. You know what I'm saying, like, like a motherfucker, and I'm calling this man, like what you got damn going? What you got going on? Are you in the studio? You know what I'm saying. I'm gonna let you know what I get in the studio, or I'm just gonna keep you in the voicemail. You're like, Man, a fucking man. You know what I'm saying, O Trumple
just came over the hell trouble. Let you know what I'm saying. I'm gonna funk with the duct take niggers because they're moving out here. Bro. You know what I'm saying. Like everybody know that. You know what I'm saying. They're moving. So it's like it's like, man boom, I'm calling all of them. I'm calling got them, my boy Elorado, I'm calling oj the Juice Man, I'm calling got them, Gucci, I'm calling to Chains, I'm calling you know what I'm saying, everybody,
bank roll my boy Jack. You know what I'm saying, got damn You know what I'm saying. Everybody from the city, bro, Like everybody, Bro, you know what I'm saying. Until we got damn make a banger, man, people were just talking about that ship man walking home Pee two man ter so look so like whenever I talk about you to anybody, I always call you the musical Maven of Marietta like in real life because you like, it's just like you're
just so incredible and you do so much. But another thing that I think a lot of people might not know about that I want you to expand on is the Free Wishes Foundation making wishes matter. I'm sorry, not pree wishes apologize. No, No No, that's all good. And it's like you do you do a lot like and you don't I know, you're not a credit person, so you
don't really talk about it. But it's like you do a lot for a lot of people, from like kids to the old people to like all this kind of money, you know, that's all this ship, that's what that's that's all this ship about what kind of money ahead? I ain't gonna lie. That's that's the thing that you always keep as a mystery, you know what I'm saying. Because
a person always gonna underestimate you or overestimate you. Somebody's gonna be like man bron But it's like she said, I got nothing fine me one time I'm wearing that. But but was like, I looked like it's like man. Like a person. I always a person could look at and be like man, Yo, he'd be with jay Z and Beyonce, but that man gotta be in or a person could be like man. Y'all then put up in a white tea and some flipflopers on. Bro, he didn't
have only got that this isn't that. But I know I'm getting my money in that niggy out the streets. You know what I'm saying. Both of them lying, yeah, you know what I'm saying. Both online. You know what I'm saying. So like at the end of the day, you know what I'm saying, Like that's the thing you always leaving that mystery? Bro. You know what I'm saying, far how much money? But I ain't saying how much I said with cand of okay, okay, you know it's a different kind of do the funk I want to do.
I want to just go buy me. I feel like I'm a grown man. I'm saying. I feel like I'm a grown man. Bro. You know what I'm saying. I just feel like I'm a grown man. Like like could they say man do what they want. Boys do what they can, you know what I'm saying, Like, I just feel like I'm a grown man. Hello, Okay, but I feel like with the making wishes matter though, like making wishes matter, I never You're right, j I never. I never did anything for like credit, you know what I'm saying.
Like me and my pops always get into it about this every year, you know what I'm saying. I remember one year we were we were at at Grady and you were helping me paint the ship with the kids. And then a couple of days later we were at the old Well the nursing home, like feeding the nurses, sharioke with the older people, and they like and even if they didn't have a full scope or understanding of who you were, they like who totally were in love with you because you took the time with them, like
they were like each one of those older people were important. Yeah, Like that was like each one of them was your grandma or like your grandpa, like your untie or some ship.
And and that ship was like man, that ship, I can't like know how you get the feeling when you hear some ship, like you can't explain it, like to see that like with all that you have going on and like with all that you we're doing, and you know what I'm saying, all that kind of ship for you to do that and take that kind of time and make these people feel important for a day like that ship was like really almost brought it negative tears
like whatever. Like that was like also real ship, I don't I don't do anything unless I'm passionate about it, you know what I'm saying, Like I don't really you know what I'm saying. And it's like because I know I'm gonna give my whole heart to it, you know,
saying That's why I'd be a letdown sometimes. But with artists, you know what I'm saying, when you when you put your whole heart into something and then be like the energy is not matching, it's like he's being difficult or he's you know what I'm saying, Like it's like damn bro all I'm trying to do. It's God that make
us the best joint. But like with making wisious matter, I came up with this thing like like a couple of years ago, like three years ago, like called wish Week, and that's what Jay is talking about you know what I'm saying, And it's like UM, and it's like and basically we just pull up on on different kind of
groups of people. Like we we go over here to like this um this UM shelter, you know what I'm saying, and it's like all the kids and that we just bring all the kids toys, you know what I'm saying. Then we rented out and Dready's and like I runt it out and Dready for like two three years in a row. And it's like I paid for all the games. So all the kids running around that motherfucker just playing the games, riding and gold card for free. And then they got Santa Claus in the big room and then
the whole room is filled with toys. So you know what I'm saying. Anybody who like you know what I'm saying, didn't have toys for their kids and call you know what I'm saying, they're coming there again, too many toys for their kids, their nephews, the you know what I'm saying, their cousins, everybody leaving to UM. We went to Cleveland with kids and going up and we went to the hamp with Rio and we gave out. We had a
whole bunch of the ships. Funny, we had a whole bunch of like swimming pools left over, so we were giving out like the swim pulls and ship even though it's December. So kid and Gunning and everybody came up with this idea that we were gonna kick it to the kid is like these were hot tubs. Then we came out the swimbles and a little kids, but they were thinking in their mind that they were getting hot tubs. So they were going on and we got hot tubs us.
That was like two years ago. Like we had like a um, we had like a truck full of goddamn toys. Like you know what I'm saying, because it's crazy, like like you know something mess with my man Steve burn me, Like you know what I'm saying, and like he he like over like a lot of toys and stuff like in the world, you know what I'm saying. So like we always team up and make things happen. Man salute to him. And like we had like a whole truck of toys and so Gunna heard we had a whole
bunch of toys left over for which week. What I'm saying so it was like Gunna was supposed to be doing something on the south side of the walmart. So I was like, bro, I'm pull up on you and with you know what I'm saying, So put up on him. When we had the whole truck and then um, next thing, you know, like man, I'm talking about the whole net, got them lined up, you know what I'm saying. We
just passing out toys. And then we tended up with my brother trying and like he's teamed up with all the all the farmers in Georgia, you know what I'm saying. So we had like fresh produce out there, you know what I'm saying, Like everything out there, and we're just handing out that because you know, you never know who needs help. We're like some people need help with toys, and then some people need help with like you know what having that Christmas dinner, you know what I'm saying.
So it's like we're trying to make sure everybody have like a fire at Christmas dinner and having toys and everything, you know I'm saying. So boom. We started out on the net, then we went to Cleveland put up on Key Boom. It was a whole line right there. You know what I'm saying, Uh what the ya? Kmark? Yeah, you know I'm saying. Kmark used to be right there. Boom. Then we left there and we went to the shout out the rio, you know what I'm saying. We went
to the hamp We put them to the apartments. Everybody lined up. Boom. We're passing out the toys. But my Pops is telling me like, Yo, why the hell aren't you putting this on on on the news? Like why aren't you putting this out? I'm like, yo, shout out of a little pops man. But he'd be right. I know he'd be right. I'll be hearing them, but it'd be like, man, my heart is just like, man, I ain't really I want doing this to put it on the news, Like I'm really just doing it just to
know what I'm saying. Touch the city right quick, you know what I'm saying. But if like the news. I was just thinking, like, man, once we put this out, the news gonna put it on, like you know what I'm saying. He's like, no, No, like the news. They were trying to get an interview with you when you when you pulled up over here, but you put up like right after they left and then who wo And then you know what I'm saying, He's like, man, you're
pulling up to all these different neighborhoods, like Cloud Changing one. Yeah, you know what I'm saying, Like something the camera crew with you passing that ship. No publicity motivating other people to do this ship is good if it is publicized and it might make some other names. They should be doing this, you know, but and showing people like, Okay, he's not just this producer that's associated with this song. You know what I'm saying, He's actually a person's out
here from Atlanta. Actually a person. Yeah, and that's all my Pops was saying, Like people know who the people who you did for. They know that. But but but at the same time, that's real. But then at the same time, I go back to what Jay saying, like a lot of these people don't even know who I was. They're just like this, y'all, nigga put it together. Okay, you know what I'm saying. He and they just knew, like this is the person that cared and gave a funk about us, and that is trying to make us
forget about all our troubles for a day exactly. You know. So I put up on a lady at all um like like at a like at a motel, at random motel. Like you know what I'm saying, boom dropped off. You know what I'm saying, some dinner and all that, you know, saying, her and their kids were in this motel. They couldn't even believe I pulled up over there. You know I'm saying, I pulled up over there. But it was like, you know,
I'm saying what pops are saying. Like certain people might be like, oh yeah, Mike Willdom in Hollywood, man, you know, he's just being l a you know what I'm saying, He's just being the Hills. You know what I'm saying. He don't even got them being in Atlanta, no more, like he don't even be around you know what I'm saying. And then you got you know what I'm saying, certain people that are like, no, no, bro pulled out to the hemp and he got them on one over here.
They might know about it, you know what I'm saying, just by just by being tapped in. But then if it was on the news that everybody in the city would know at least like, no, bro, don't be on the Hollywood ship like I want. I don't know what that is. You know, I got, I got, I got my I'm like you got. I feel like to me, Hollywood ships like people like not being able to think
past a certain level, you know what I'm saying. So certain people that say, like, man, you're on some guys down Hollywood ship, like they might not ever been to Hollywood, so Hollywood, Hollywood is the biggest thing in their minds. So it's like, man, you want some out of here ship, like you just on some thank you, You're just too good for you know what I'm saying. But if you really go to Hollywood as dirty as fun, you know what I'm saying, Like it's really nasty as fun. I'm
never on the Hollywood ship. If anything, I'm on some Beverly Hill ship. You know what I'm saying, Like Beverly Hills, Well you know what I'm saying. And but but still still yeah, even when I'm on That's why I said Beverly Hills will because it's like I'm still I'm still the same Atlanta nigga. I'm just in Beverly Hills on some nice clean ship. But I feel like that's how you posted. Goddamn, that's where you posted. Take it, you
know what I'm saying. But like you know what I'm saying, I feel like Hollywood ship maybe maybe some hater ship, but maybe there's some genius behind it. I always like to see both corns. Maybe it's because because people in Hollywood have lost their mind. To a lot of people in Hollywood who have lost their mind. So nigga might just be like, Bro, you you want some Hollywood you lost your mind, but you're like one of them Jay's. You know what I'm saying, I want them. I think
you want some Hollywood ship is a nigga phrase. SI let's say you got a Potner right Hollywood. But I'm just saying that that partner might they might play that Potner record on the radio one time. It's not a rotation, it's not it's one time. Then they lose they fucking mind start acting crazy with everybody around them. That's the other side of the Hollywood ship is like, damn, you can't even you can't even accept your blessings without getting
crazy with everything. That's the other side to me. Hollywood ship is when a nigga like forgets where he where he's come from. And that's that's what they call it. That's what I'm saying. They go together. They's to say, you want the Hollywood she because you know, you know you're trying to get in shape, Hollywood. You need to say the Hollywood she because you I don't go to certain clubs no more right, Holly's Hollywood, right, yeah, because I don't want to do a club. They got a gun.
But the whole ship or part of the Hollywood ship not. What I'm saying is you can't they just be Some people be using that phrase out of contact. Yeah, what what is it? We need to we need to get them because it's like it comes from two different places. Like the real definition. I feel like I feel like the definition should be what you just said, when you go there, when you go and you start losing yourself because people a lot of people go to l A
and look what they call it, La La la. A lot of people go to l A or you know what I'm saying, go out of town and just lose their mind, forget where they came from and got damn you know what I'm saying, so it still had to end up right back there exactly. You know what I'm saying. So I can accept up being on some Hollywood ship if it's like bro you don't lost, don't be bad.
If they is trying to better himself, like if you don't want to eat right, if you want to do right, if you want to be in better and you get your tee feet allyd man, whatever you get your guy damn whatever. Man, you know what I'm talking about. I don't know about that point you but then you might have but I'm telling you to get deep, because then you might have a nigger to get a chain right and aking eat aking. He's cute man like that. That ain't the same things. We don't say the other words.
Some fugets, but who don't want to be bosh, I don't want to be I'm going to get more money better. I guess you don't want to be. I feel like, um, I feel I feel like I feel like it's the act of being boo but being broke, So I'm not really there but the facade and then broke. That's what I'm kind of. Tapper adopted dollar Broke Broke as a mentality. You know what I'm saying. So it's like if you got a broke mentality, but you got that acting like
you're better than everybody. You know what I'm saying. I'm trying to make something up. What do you Okay, let's let do you use the word no? I don't either to be honest, I might say wrap nigga niggah or something like that. I don't really know West Hollywood ship though Hollywood, I feel like if you're trying to better yourself, that's called a girlfriend. Some people ain't ready for girls. I know what is hood? I know that got No,
I'm just talking basically of a nigga. Just start acting different, that's what Hollywood is different, but there's not really but he's not giving. He's not giving you the same. But you're trying to act. You try to active. Yeah, you know the Hollywood. Yeah, that's it, like you acting. Hollywood is what the actors that that's that's that's so you're acting.
That's okay, you get what I'm saying. That's it. Like that at even the same saying that you lost your back day acting brand new, it's basically the same ship. They just say back in the day he acting brand new? Are they acting brand new? You know what I'm saying, brand like? It's the modern day way of saying that ship is like Hollywood. You know what I'm saying. You ask me, but get what a nigga be on. So Hollywood ships up, I'd be on Hollywood day will be
to let go. I'm not going fair. It's not for me. Like if that's Hollywood and the Hollywood, I don't eat that. I eat the sell. What's the name of the telling that Beverly Hill Bank right there? Okay, I take that starts bank whole different Instagram Hollywood. Beverly Hill Bank gonna come out when that Beverly Hills Well on Beverly Hills on it s coming out? Yeah, the album coming out after Michael. You know what I'm saying. Beverly Hills Well every year. Now that's hard. Yeah, I Bely Hills that
ship nicest hill over there too. Yeah. The streets clean, the streets clean over there in Beverly Hills, Hollywood. That ship, thank saying, Ain'tywood. And I feel like man at the same time, like man when people always be like man, I want to put you in the category for growth Man, don't let that. Don't let that make you feel like out of I never let that make me feel I can't tell nobody else would to do, but I never let that make me feel out of pocket around for
what I'm doing. You know what I'm saying, You gotta be comfortable as a man with within yourself if you're trying to do something better funk with this person called it. He just ain't trying to grow. You know what I'm saying. Some people ain't trying to grow. You know what I'm saying. You can't make that person grow. But if you can see the light and you're trying to grow, man, grow as far as you can grow. You know what I'm saying,
Ain't no tree, Ain't no tree around. This motherfucker was like, man, ship we can got down going hunting feet and just stop because another tree got down was white. You know what I'm saying, Like, man, them trees go as far as they can go. Man, you know what I'm saying. You can't get caught up in that all that bullshit on whatever label that the motherfucker put on you, just because whatever you're doing. You know what I'm saying that motherfucker's a hater, you know what I'm saying. And they're
trying to keep you in the box. They're trying to keep you and you know I'm something they're trying to keep you boxed, staying. I can't let that happen from me. So another question that UM was sent to me by several of our followers is they want to know, like, would you being a producer and with you spending like all of your time in the studio all that kind of stuff whatever whatever, UM, like, how do you have time for romance? She she said, all that ship to
ask Mike will who you fucking I got? I got my girl, you know what I'm saying. And men my girl. You know what I'm saying. She she's been teaching me better with romance because I didn't really have time for romance because I was just so focused on my career and sometimes like Mike still, yeah, I might still, I might still be you know what I'm saying, focus on my career and you know what I'm saying. And then she she showed me like, man, yo, let's go to
Napper Valley. You know what I'm saying, Yes, you know what I'm saying like, let's let's go on. It's like like let's like, you know what I'm saying, like, let's do this, Like you know what I'm saying, So she'll take a nigga out of the box and make me think about you know what I'm saying, things that I might not have been thinking about. And now I romance like that. And then she also does music and we're about to present her to the world real soon. She
hardest fun you know what I'm saying. She does Latin music and and yeah, you know what I'm saying, like and and that's another way we romance. You know what I'm saying, Like, that's my dog right there. You know what I'm saying right up? That was up that that's hard. Salute to Mike will Man, Proud of all your success.
Keep going and appreciate that ship man. Oh yeah, the difference between the producing and no, all right, this ship big on some real ship with Mariah Carey man, Like it's just really what it boiled down to, is we both aries. You know what I'm saying, That's it, you know what I'm saying, Like I'm a true areas man, true areas you know what I'm saying, like, so y'all were supposed to do some music. It didn't never we we got a song. We got a song. It was
a banger. You know what I'm saying. It's called Faded. You know what I'm saying. Yeah, it's called she saying my tag and everything's a little Maria, but Memora were still that's my dog and everything. But our our our process, you know what I'm saying. When we when we when we had did Faded or whatnot, it was it was crazy because I was so excited to work with Mariah Carey. You know what I'm saying, Like ben't listened to her
music the whole way growing up, everything like that. But at the same time, I am high um about my sound, you know what I'm saying, and like about the ear drummer sound, and I gotta protect this at all costs. Like my boy Mars he had them drums banging on that beat. So I was like, I gotta make sure like this, we push this to the limit, you know what I'm saying, Like it ain't coming back no lower than how the two tracks sounded so boom when we do the song. At this time, I didn't really know
too much of like too much about me. She knew like certain songs that were out, but you know what I'm saying, It was just like she had a process. You know what I'm saying. I have been working she she had a process that's been going on for like over twenty some years, you know what I'm saying. And then like like her process and then like my production was so new. You know what I'm saying. It's just like okay, boom, we do a song. She wants her
engineer to make the song. I'm like, yo, okay, can your engineer make the vocals and then just let us mix the beat and then we bring it together like that. You know, I'm just trying to compromise because you know, like I didn't show my engineer certain tricks and we locked in a certain kind of way. That this is basically you know what I'm saying, And and you know what I'm saying, but you no, I'm just trying to
break it down. I'm just know I ain't wi gonna I'm trying to break it down because if I if I, if I come across like that, they're gonna say, I'm want some Hollywood ship. They're gonna say all that. I'm telling you what happened. I'm saying, but I but I but I, but I ain't even just say, like, yo, man, she wanted somebody makes my beat when nobody MIxS my beat. And that's just what I'm letting you know what happened. I'm putting you down where everything happened. What happened. Yeah,
so so you know what I'm saying. At the end of the day, boom, we we we end doing you know what saying? We end up doing the song. I want somebody else to mix my beat. I did the same thing with Beaches Better. I held all the way out to the end, you know what I'm saying. Then jay Z ended up letting me and my guy Jason mixed the track and then they put it with and jay Z like somebody mixing his vocals. We put it together. Next thing, you know, they had my guy Jason mixed
three more songs on the album. You know what I'm saying. Jason was and Jason was a real one. He came to me and was like, Yo, Mike man, ho say you want me to mix three more songs on the album? Break anything? I could do it. I'm like, hey, no, bro, you know what I'm saying. You can't do that ship, Bro, Like, you can't do that ship bro, because at the end of the day, they didn't want us to do it in the first place. I fought for you, so now you ain't gonna do it. He was like, damn, all right,
all right, bro, you know what I'm saying. And he was like, man, he was talking to a manager, like, man, Mike car just said I couldn't do it. I'm just trying to see what kind of response I'm gonna get, you know what I'm saying. He wrote with me, I'm like, you know, you gotta mix them, jay Z, but you gotta go and get them three threefold placements on everybody shout out to my boy Jason Joshua. But you know what I'm saying, Like, that's what pushing it to the
limit gets. But with Mariah Carry, you know what I'm saying, it was like she had an engineer that usually mixes
all herself. So Boom were in the We're in the studio and she played her album and then Jeez was at was at the studio and everything like that, and then she had told Jeez to have a talk with me, and then my boy Young was like, bro, go ahead, and you know I'm saying, get him the fire to let them go aheadnock the record out right, you know this ride carey, bro, Like you know what I'm saying. You don't even want to make it a difficult thing, but like you know what I'm saying, Like I've seen
your whole come up. But like you know what I'm saying, boom, Just I'm like, gee, I can't you know what I'm saying, Like I can't bro. I literally let this be documented. Mike will bucked m a ride carry I love it. No, It's just like it's just like I just couldn't bro because it's like if you had made up, you have made up at that point, you have made up in your mind and your heart that if I'm standing on this, if it don't come out and the record don't happen,
I'm at peace. I'm cool with that, you know I'm saying because I had told me he liked that same beat I'm saying, but it's like Mamori already had a song to it. So it's like I sent Dr mor Beach what I'm saying. So I was like man that at the end of the day, it was like, Man, I'm not trying to be difficult. I'm not. You can have your your vocals are beautiful. I want whoever mixes your vocals on all these songs to mix these vocals, whoever been doing this for the last twenty years, do that.
But my guy, you know what I'm saying, it's gonna push the needle on this production side, and sonically, we're gonna just funk it up, you know what I'm saying. And so they couldn't grasp that concept. And then later on they ended up flying my out in New York, you know what I'm saying. And then I'm up there in New York and then we're all up there working and um, and then it was like it was like I had like a certain kick that was missing on the one. You know what I'm saying, It's just missing
on the one. Mariety didn't like that because she was saying, like, Yo, we don't usually do our ballots like that, you know what I'm saying. Like I've been having the same fan base. I don't want to throw the mouth and I'm just like, yo, man, I respect your fan base, but I just want to do something new with you know what I'm saying, like like can we just try something new? Like this is
just knew all this is just new ship. Like I'm just trying to protect the air drummer sound and make sure like this is a mighty wood air drum production right now this process. Was she like offended or was she receiving? I mean, what was the energy? Look? It was just like she saw her way and I saw my way and it just won't even you know what
I'm saying. You know she was it was, but but it was no, no because because no, because if I'd be lying, if I'm like, man, she was bucking like she was mad, because if we want we want to round that bitch arguing in the studio, it was just Mike and my dad and Rotting and Jerkins and now I don't type. Man, he look, she she's looking at she's looking at it like she's looking at it like Mike, you know what I'm saying, just starts saying, like trying to look at you. He look, she's looking at her.
She looking at a light. Yo, Mike boom, Hey, this is my sound right here. I got j D right here. You know what I'm saying, j D. Tell him, j D. Please tell me. Bro. You're from Atlanta. Bro, you've seen my whole come up. You know what I'm saying. We're both producers. I'm going through for you. You know, look at he's looking at us both like he like he played the neutral like, man, I don't. I don't, man, Mike,
she got her process, you know what I'm saying. But Maria, like Mike does, have like his own sound like to like man, y'all. Just you know what I'm saying. We just gotta find a way that you know what I'm saying. He didn't want to get either way. But me and her, I'm not about to be aggressive with no female. You know what I'm saying. I'm not about to be arguing
with nor female. And you know what I'm saying. She's a woman like she's a you know what I'm saying, She's a she's a real you know what I'm saying, she's a diva. You know what saying. She all that respectfully, you know what I'm saying. So it's like at the end of the day, it's like I'm not doing that. So we want to walk. That's why if I'm saying here saying like yo, I was bucking and she was bucking.
I'd be lying if I if I would say like the energy was like that, you know what I'm saying, that what Bank was talking about, you know what, and like like well Bank was talking about they want no bucking or no you know what I'm saying, arguing or not going on. It was just like boom. It was like a certain part where you know they were adding certain production, adding more production onto the track. You know
what I'm saying. It was Jimmy Jammy, Terry Lewis, And it's like you all want to be in that room, like you know what I'm saying, This is fucking Jimmy, jamm Terry Lewis. And every time I see you know what I'm saying, Jimmy jam like like he's showing me love,
Like you know what I'm saying, he embraced me. So it's like, man, even if I don't even press nothing in there and do nothing, I just want to be in the room and you know what I'm saying, experience this ship like or just hear what they're doing or yeah, yeah it's my ship. And it's like and It's like, even if it's like an interlude or you know, I'm saying,
whatever it is, respectfully, I'll respect your vision. I'm not trying to knock your vision or anything because it's your album too, you know what I'm saying, it's my productions,
your album. But it's like, man, let me be a part of the whole process if you want me to produce this track, because you know what I'm saying, Like, I want to be able to proudly put that if I'm a had that Mike, we made a tag up there and really be proudly and passionate about blowing up DJ Scream, blowing up the whole radios and everybody being like, hey, man, I got this R and B hit with Mariah. You know what I'm saying. So it's like, you know what
I'm saying. She she she was looking at her like, Yo, Mike, that's you know what I'm saying. That's Jimmy Jim Terry Lewis, Like you know what I'm saying, Like, man, look this is this is I'm introducing you right now to Ronnie Jerkins. Like you know what I'm saying. He didn't did this many you know what I'm saying songs and this and that, and then got damn like, man, you know what I'm saying, Like you can't be in the city over them because that's Jimmy jim Terry Lewis, And I'm just like, so
I'm blown by the whole process. Now it's like, man, I can't really use my engineer, you know what I'm saying. I can't really got name like mixing me go like like it's like I'm the little boy in the room or some ship, you know what I'm saying, Like I'm being restricted. So it's like at that point, it's like, you know, like I was kind of blown off the process. And then I was a little bit younger, so you know what I'm saying, I had a little bit less patient,
you know what I'm saying. And then it was like the last straw was like when um, when I was just like like they had looped the beat for her to write to know what I'm saying, and they were so used to hearing that version that they thought like that's how the beat went. But as soon as I heard the version, I'm like, yo, the beat got loop. And then they're like what you mean? And I was like like the second verses the first verse. And then they're like, um, like no, like like it's the same,
you know what I'm saying. I'm like no, but like I'm sure, like the beat is loop, you know what I'm saying. They're like, maybe you're used to a different version. I'm like, yeah, you know what, Yeah, the only version I gave, y'all. It's only one version, you know what I'm saying, Like the version I gave y'all, y'all look the beat. I'm like, I ain't got a problem, but I'm just trying to like see where we're at, because
like we had some strings going in there. Maybe we can do the same thing that y'all like in the first version. We can just put the like I don't you know what I'm saying, Like maybe we can make this ship work. Yeah, you know what I'm saying. We're
trying to like fix it together. And then like it was like when you have certain people that's been working for you for so long, like they started getting involved and I only agree with you, so they get involved and they're like, yo, she said like she said, like she didn't do it, Like you know what I'm saying, like, why do you keep going? Yeah? And folks said, got that. Yeah, you know what I'm saying. And I'm looking at this lady does hair. I'm looking at her like, damn, lady,
like don't you do hair? Like I'm talking, you know what I'm saying, Like I'm talking about this beat that I that I brought up here. You know what I'm saying. And then you know what I'm saying. And then the next thing, you know, it's like boom. You know what I'm saying. The engineer was like, yo, man, I'm telling you this is not a different beat. But he didn't have a session in front of him. I'm like, he's that the session right there? And he was like, no,
this is a bounce. I'm like, all right, well where's the session? He was like it's upstairs. I'm I'm I'm like, well, bro, you can pull up the session. You know, I'm trying to be patient as possible, like you can pull up the session. And then he's like, man, yo, all right, damn you know what I'm saying, Like I'm just go get it. What I'm saying boom. He walked out of there. He mad. So at this point, I'm saying Maria like, man, look Mike, that's been my engineer for over twenty some years.
Like I'm like, Maria, I understand this. I respect like I respect y'alls. Y'alls you know I'm really talk like I understand this. I got damn may. I respect everything that's going on in here. I respect every engineer, I respect you, I respect everything that's going to respect all these producers in here. I respect all that ship. You know what I'm saying. But I'm dead serious about this production.
Like just this song that we're doing, this is our first time I'm ever working with each other, you know what I'm saying. So I don't want that one song that might Will and Mariah did to be whacked out of all your whole catalog. You know what I'm saying, and and not be my fault. And I'm not said
something in this situation. You know what I'm saying, be cause at that point, I'm not gonna be respected like these guys that that you know what I'm saying, Like Jimmy, Jim, Terry, you know what I'm saying, Terry Lewis, Uh, Rodney Jenkins, like all these guys in here that have so much respect right now, I'm not I'm never gonna be respected like that if I just let this slide, you know what I'm saying. So boom. The engineer end up coming back in the room and was like, and you know
what we did. We did switched the beat. You remember when when you were right into it, Maria, we had looked it over. I'm like, that's all I was trying to say. Bro, That's all I was trying to say. But I'm not trying to be difficult and nothing, man like, you know what I'm saying. And then at that point it was just like the VID was just kind of you know what I'm saying, Like my bob was. I was just draining at that point. I just had ended up sliding. Like whatever ended up happening with the song
happened with the song. You know what I'm saying. We got the beat right, I got my mixed engineer in New York. I know he's gonna mix the beat right. Boom, you know what I'm saying. And boom, you know I'm saying. We finished the song. The song ended up coming out dope, and now me and Maria could laugh about this ship like you know, what I'm saying, I ran in. The reason why I bank know all of this too, I don't be out here. I don't be out here like
just telling studio stories. But the reason why he knows about this is because we ran into Maria at Boston Nova in l A. And God damn, you know what I'm saying. Maria, I was like, man, yo, Mike will is a true areas and she kind of she kind of touched on the situation and we took a picture with everything like that. Then we in the car, it was like, man, what she was talking about? Broo and I had broke broke the situation down to her, you
know what I'm saying. But but um, yeah, man, I was I was an experienced man Like I can't say I bought them and I can't say she did back. You know what I'm saying on some Aria ship, you know what I'm saying. But it wasn't no, you know what I'm saying, aggressive ship. What I'm saying, it was, Yeah, that's just like she probably got a lot more respectful, you know. For like musically, if if it goes down again,
it's gonna have to went for it. And it came out you know what I'm saying that she would have been like I can't work with him no more. You know what I'm saying. Then I would have been that little boy in the room. You know what I'm saying that she was trying to escort through there because she was you know I'm saying, no, genuinely, she was trying to escort me through there and introduced me to like Jim Jim terror Lewis like introduced me like as if like you know what I'm saying, like like and and
but yeah, and I'm I'm appreciative of that. But it was like I was almost like restricted, and I'm like, no, man, like I'm I'm I know I'm younger than all these guys, but I'm coming here to like do what they're doing. But I want my joint to be God damn, you know what. I want to be heavily involved in this ship. So then this ship is all the way right. You know. It's because it's a certain sound that we're trying to
come with right now. And and I don't I didn't promise to my brothers um Mars p Nasty plus j Bow. You know I'm saying any track that they worked on or I worked on anything with the air drum sign if I have anything to do with it, if I'm producing the record, Man, I'm pushing this ship to the limit and we're gonna have a hit. I'm pushing this ship till we have a hit. I'm not gonna let no mediocre ship, no whack ship, get on that ship. You know what I'm saying. Because I know how hard
they work on the beats. I know how hard I work on the beach, and we can't even sleep if the ship ain't right, you know what I'm saying. And another thing on air drummers, like like it was a time like like two thousands. You know I'm saying, like two thousand and twelve, we had three songs on the charts. You know what I'm saying. We had no live bandsmaker dance and turned on the lights. You know what I'm saying.
At this time, I ain't have no deal, but I had Hello songs on mixtapes, Like I had Hello songs on mixed tapes, but I had three songs on the charts. Every company was calling, like trying to sign me to a publishing deal. You know what I'm saying, Like every company. My mom was laid off. I had like fitted dollars to my name, hunted dollars to my name, something like that. You know what I'm saying, Probably five hunted dollars like whatever,
I whatever. I didn't just made off the last person who just bought a beat in the street, you know what I'm saying. Like, but I I ain't made no money off for like the music industry or anything like that, because it was a different time and it's not like how it is today, you know what I'm saying. Like back then you had to really grind and get some paper, like you know what I'm saying. So it's like at the end of the day, boom, I I ain't made
no money off the ship. But my boy Pete, my boy Mars, my boy A plus my boy j Bo. They signed me for free and they believed in the vision with ear drummers, like you know what I'm saying. And at this time, like all the young producers, we all looking at ourselves like we're the next Doctor Dre or were the next this, or were the next that, you know what I'm saying, So we kind of in like a like a competition. Damn there it's like a race.
Like everybody want to say like I did the beat by myself or or I did you know what I'm saying, and like I was able to got domn come with a team where it's like, yo, bro, we can have an air production crew like Dr Dre or like how P did they had an air production crew or how like you know what I'm saying, Like Little John got the air production crew, like shot the Red Like you know what I'm saying, Like, Bro, what are y'all goals? Well, these are my goals. We write them all down. You
know what I'm saying. Man, We we got down. We're making beach together, we're praying together, were eating together, we're going out together. We're doing everything together. You know what I'm saying. And until we check off these goals, you know what I'm saying. So at this time where I had three times three songs on the charts and they're here, Mike well made at the beginning, I'm not forgetting those guys who helped me put this together, you know what
I'm saying. And I didn't go Hollywood. You know what I'm saying. I ain't go Hollywood, Like I stayed down like all these companies calling, man, we got this much money for you, We got that much money for you. You know what I'm saying. People hearing about this ship, they're like, Bro, your mom laid on. Bro, you fucked up. Bro. Like man, you're still rinding around and that beat that beat up car. Bro. Like man, you got three songs. Bro, you take that bad brother. The folk stop calling like Bro.
I'm going to school at this time at Georgia State. You know what I'm saying. I'm learning introduction to the music business. You know what I'm saying. So I'm knowing like it ain't no way that bad and just disappear and vanished. It's gonna be there. You know what I'm saying. I'm gonna just keep working, head down, just keep working. I wanted to know nobody managed me. I ain't have
no manager, you know what I'm saying. I'm just because I didn't want to be on the nigger armpit, you know what I'm saying, Like I ain't want to be Like I was already in the room back, I was seeing you, I was seeing you at the club. Hello. Hello.
You know what I'm saying, Like my little dick, just like at that right, there's like you know what I'm saying, like I ain't need to do that because you know what I'm saying, these niggas who are doing these niggas who who were going to be doing that, But y'all ain't in the rooms that I'm in. I'm in the rooms, bro, Like I'm in the rooms. I'm in every studio, I'm at every club. I mean, I'm in the young clubs, I'm in the strict clubs. I'm in the rooms for real.
It's like, you can't be I can't be your little nigga who just did this. You know I'm saying, I can't do that, say that y'all re able to industry niggas like the first industry niggas like the first what you mean look like even like the st just a nigga industry nigga like here industry you'll get say, they just look and fit the part of it. Yeah, it always got got a way to hip you to do this, you gotta answer for everything. They always got a connection
to this label. But don't work at that label. And you know I'm saying working a move like that that that now I'm saying, like back when when nigga everybody the original, Yeah, he might he might. He might see him on a picture with God, l A read or something. He might know l A. You know he he industrygga
like niggas might not have no pool. But she, like your niggas, might not understand that to the day because like if a nigger workers moved good enough today, he can bring you a banke wrong, you know what I'm saying.
Back then, it was hard to get that bank, what I'm saying, So like certain niggas would just be in this role all the way to the tea, you know what I'm saying, and then waiting for somebody to catch a bus and then got them putting nigga up on the their arm pit right quick, and then you know what I'm saying, that that's gonna make them that industry
nigger that we respect, you know what I'm saying. So at the end of the day, I wan't going for that, you know what I'm saying, And I was representing my team. I wasn't gonna let nobody come in and be like, hey, yo, Mike, will you have to go ahead and sign this them and the niggas man man don't. Don't worry about them niggas. I don't. I ain't need no I ain't need no influence from nobody. All I needed was somebody to help me come and put my business in order. You know
what I'm saying. That's all I needed, and and and and I was going to school for introduction to the music business, so I already knew. You know what I'm saying that the three types of pub deals. I knew the co pub, I knew the full pub, I knew the ad man. And then I knew about joint ventures. You know what I'm saying. I have a production company, so I need a joint venture. You know what I'm saying. These guys have signed me for free, so I need a joint venture that I can be able to cut
a check for. You know what I'm saying, like, yeah, oh my gosh. You know what I'm saying, Because if y'all give me this amount of money that y'all talk, come on, I'm about to bust this ship off five ways and we're gonna be broke tomorrow because we never had no money. So we're gonna straight through this. You know what I'm saying. I'm trying to get some ship where everybody can go out there and get their owners. Their own are bad and goddamn, get everything everybody straight
mentally and we can just go. I'm telling you we're gonna attack the charges. We're gonna take over the game. And companies were looking at it like a right, it sounds good, you know what I'm saying. Such and such just said that, man, we this much in the hole. We're not doing that. We don't do drunk pictures no more. We want to sign you. You're the guy that's hot. I'm like, nah, I'm good. Top top person at this this company, top person of that company, top person of
that company. It's like, no, I'm good. These is all facts. You know what I'm saying. I used to even be nervous, you know what I'm saying, because I got damn. I used to wear I used to wear the black shades. I used to be nervous. I used to be nervous in the meetings, you know what I'm saying. But poker face though, because my pops raised me like that, like but be ready to walk, you know what I'm saying. So I got down, Hey, I can't do it, and I ken't, And I kept doing that ship for like
six months to a whole year, kept holding out. I was fucked up. I met my boy DJ. That's Jimmy Alvine nephew Ethiopia. You know what I'm saying. She had she had linked us, she had linked us up, and Ethiopia was just telling of them like, man, y'all make this kid, Mike Will like he got an idea, he got a vision, he got something. He just ain't got no management. But he got songs on the charts and everything. And DJ like hold on, so you you mean to
tell me this kid who it's from Atlanta? You know what I'm saying, got all got these songs on the charts, ain't got no management. Like that's bullshit, Like I gotta fly down here and see it. Like he's he's got to be signed to one of these guys. You know what I'm saying. Like DJ from he from New York. But but at this time he was living in at l A. You know what I'm saying. So it's Jimmy Irvine nephew. So he just fly in. So my boy, chubby Baby had already been telling me about DJ prior
to meeting him. Because Chubby Baby, Paulo and DJ built like a whole Ain't like DJ was a very instrumental part of Paolo the Don's career and chump Baby will be working with Polo to dine, and they built like the whole thing. So he had already been telling me about you know what I'm saying about DJ. So when I meet with DJ, I'm like, hey, look, bro, I'm not looking for no management or anything like that. I appreciate you for coming down here meeting with me and ship.
You know what I'm saying. All I'm looking for is is somebody to help me get this in order. I need a joint venture with this company. I need you. God damn whoa I need that? I need who I'm telling what I need? I said, now, if you can get that done, then we'll talk about you being my manager. You know what I'm saying. But other than that, Like, that's what I'm looking for right now. You know what I'm saying. Boom. He was like, oh yeah, I can get that done. So I'm alright, cool, we don't see
what I'm saying, Boom. Next thing, you know, different different companies is calling Boom my boy, Big John. He telled me like he about to leave em I at the time, He's like, yeah, I'm about to leave em my. Just keep holding out. How you holding up? You know what I'm saying. When I make my next move, I'm gonna do it with you. You know what I'm saying. So Boom, I'm telling DJ everything that's needed. You know what I'm saying,
and so boom DJ put it together. Now the conversation start changing with these companies, but they still on some We're not doing a joint venture. Man, we can do it like we can do it differently. We can do it like this. No bro, no, no, no, no, it's gonna be like this, you know what I'm saying. And then next thing, you know, Pete John made this move. He did his venture with jay Z Boom come sit down with me, and I was like, man, let's do it. You know what I'm saying. Are you wanna do a
venture or you want to sign your guys? Okay, whatever you wanna do, let's do it. And then did it. Did everything I held out for, you know what I'm saying, and God damn Boom. We were straight and then we held up to our end of the bargain. We took over the trucks and took over the game. You know what I'm saying. And Nigga stayed down. That's that's the
definition of not being on the Hollywood ship. So like when when when you stay down like that, I don't gonna be having to worry about like Nigga's being like, oh man, Mike, well you know he'd be Hollywood that that just because of who I worked with. You a hater, you know what I'm saying. Just because you see me work with this person, and see me in the room with this person. You might have seen me talking to Oprah, you might see me around Jim. May not mean or
you think I'm you think I'm a fun nigger. Jay just told you I'm God damn pulling up to you know what I'm saying, the projects on all folks everywhere and passionately fucking with these people. I'm a real person, you know what I'm saying. And this is just I'm just passionate. You know I'm saying. This is just from you know what I'm saying, just just from my heart, you know what I'm saying, Like because man, at the end of the day, you know I'm saying, this ship
is so bigger than the human. That's why I don't even That's why I don't even get caught up in what a human because you could even say about a nigga. You know, I'm saying, like, whatever adjectives or whatever you can put on the nigger, cool, believe that, but believe it over there, God down, you know what I'm saying, keep a distance from you know what I'm saying, word and that I feel like if it's more of that, you know what I'm saying, to be more more uprising.
And then when you move, when you move a person to the side like that, y'all a link back up when it's time, you know what I'm saying, like and then yeah, and then that person might understand you a little bit more because what vision is to be able to see the unseen. They weren't able to see what you were seeing at the time. So when you got down, make a proof of concept, when you got THEMN, make a make it a real thing, like when you make it tangible, when you make it like a real life
thing that they can respect. Then at that point, you know what I'm saying, that they're gonna see your vision. Now it's like now they know where they can add to your vision or where you can add to their vision. And then now y'all have a real conversation and do some real ship. And it ain't about oh this nigga difficult, Oh this nigger Hollywood, or oh anything like that. You can't take nothing from a person that's trying to grow. Might not even be a hater. They might just be
misunderstanding your vision from their particular point of view. Exactly. That's it, you know what I'm saying. And I ain't gonna lie. A lot of the ship that was able to get me through a lot of this ship was like you know what I'm saying. I read books, man, what I don't read books listen to audio books in the car, you know what I'm saying. Because I'm in the studio listen to music all day, so all their
books in the car, I'm listening to four agreements. I'm listening to the subtle are they're not giving the funk. I'm listening to God Damn. You know what I'm saying, Uh, the unteller soul. Like I'm just listening to different books, you know what I'm saying. Then I'm then it's like something you might have an argument with a person about branding and both of y'all don't even know what the funk y'are talking about. Y'all, just y'all just know ideally
in your head what Brandon means to you. And now y'all arguing about this and y'all ain't even talk about no facts. But it's like, go read a Brandon book, you know what I'm saying. Go read the marketing book.
You know what I'm saying, to understand what it is that we're doing, so that we can be able to talk the same language, and they'll be it will be less arguments and they'll be less this nigga, Now you're just reading off my energy off based off of what your energy is though, you know what I'm saying, Like you you're mad about something, so now you're thinking that I'm on some bullshit. Bro. I'm coming in here trying to make the best song with you. Bro. You know
what I'm saying. That's it, you know what I'm saying. So at the end of the day, Boom Producers, if you got that running too, that man, stay away from the energy. Got damn lock in with lock in with the artists that funk with you. You know what I'm saying, Like, lock in with the artists that like really funk with you to understand your vision and you're gonna create something special. You know what I'm saying. Like it happens every time.
It never fails. You know what I'm saying. It goes all the way back to Quincy Jon and Michael Jackson, all the way to you know what I'm saying, like today, Like you know what I'm saying, White with Ray Shimmer or Mike well sway Lee likes. It always happens, you know what I'm saying. So it's like just you know what I'm saying, just stay on, Just stay on that like for real, and and me, I'm open with working with anybody. I ain't. I ain't got nothing against nobody
I'm working. I'm open to working with anybody. I'm trying to make a l as song. I'm not chasing no money or nothing. I just got passionate with making music, you know what I'm saying, Just like everybody else, So I can never get caught up in none of that ship. I don't choose no size on nothing about nothing, you know I'm saying, I got my own side. I'm on my side. You know what I'm saying. Niggas ain't even
from card County, So you know what I'm saying. Like so at the end of the day, you know what I'm saying, Like I'm already from a whole another side of town. You know what I'm saying. I'm not choosing those side and nothing. You know what I'm saying, Like the personal problems that I have to go through in
my neighborhood. You know what I'm saying. It's just like y'all don't even know about that that you don't even get to the city and that ship gets you know what I'm saying, That it easily because it's like it's so much love and respect from where I come from, you know what I'm saying. So it's like, at the end of the day, I can't choose no size and nothing.
I'm just trying to make the best song with whatever artists is trying to go in and make the best song too, or whatever artist is out here that I respect, that's coming from the soul. I like artists that's coming from the soul, like real talk, like that's the artist I respect like you know what I'm saying. Big shots out to Mike Well for blessing this on big two artists I want to work with that I haven't work
with yet. Man a Deal and Little Baby. Man. You know, it ain't got to be the same song, you know what I'm saying, It ain't gotta be the same song. Just I just like how they come from the soul, you know what I'm saying. And I want to work with any other artists that come from the soul that I ain't work with. You know what I'm saying, Like, that's that's what I respect. You feel me like. But I'm just letting you know the spectrum. We could do a banker with a deal coming from and soul coming
from the soul. We could do a banker with a little baby or that underground cat that ain't never been discovered. That's just trying to make that banger shout. I'm ready for you too. You know what I'm saying. Shut up your drummers, We're ready for you too. We're delivering, you know what I'm saying. We're back on that hard drives, back filled up. You know what I'm saying.
