It's the wedding we're selling the house, buying a house, kids, activities. Life still likes a shout out to that girl Rainbow in the building. Activity, kids, a full schedule like going on. It might not be keys activities. I'm saying running back one time. Yeah, you're okay, you still got one time

running it. You might run that one thinking about big taking on. You're just taking on the uh what you call it? Project of the project. She told you the type told you to type the stress about everything, like everything like some ship don't make sense, Like you don't have to stress about that. That's cool, like we got it. And then she want to be in. She want to be hands on with everything. She don't know how to just chill and let you hand that she has to

I was telling my home my homebown when he told me, he was like, you know, my homeboy here a good dude. I was like, you know, Light skin was like, I was on the whole. I want to skindy. So you know, I got to know him. His personality very you know, it was very charm.

It's the weeks first sight. No, it wasn't at first sight. Yeah, because it's been kind of rough on Red Nicks ever since. Princes did like, I don't know about that. Can you never fall off? But when she went through that, just being there with her and the time we spent after that like that, that's when I was like, all right, this this is the one. What about you? During that time, he was very like on it, like when he showed up to my brother's funeral and I know he was even coming or even helping my friends get there, like made sure that they because their transportation person like poured out on him read took care of and made sure they got that. He can't even tell me he

was coming up. Let me can't pay this respect deal, just like it was with me, like took me away because I was having a really really hard time like brothers at the same time, so it's hard for me to just wake up in the morning, and he like stepped in and and like just made sure I was busy all the time. Just we was traveling, we was doing things and yeah, and I was like he's solid. And we wasn't even like really going together like for real fruits, Like we was like kicking it, like getting

to know each other and stuff. And then I was like he different like he and then I started paying attention to like how he wasn't like materialistic, he didn't want to care about like that stuff. It was always like family stuff and like making sure you're good and just just different, Like I experienced different kind of you know, ship. So I was like I just like the way he moved, like you know, he bought his business, but he moved so dope, and he cared about his family and he

just it just was different. So I was like, I don't think I don't get this light. Yeah, so how you how you asked to marry you know what you do? Um? We was, yeah, we would shooting. He was filming them. She was on the the show with Tippenham. So we was filming, and um, shift I was talking to production and I was like, ship before the season out, let's you know, let's do it. You know what I'm saying we had we was going through you know, not going through the bad stuff, but we was going through the

season and stuff. So I was like, I bet, yeah, I really I really like didn't want to do it, you know, yeah damn. So then um, you know it worked out. So we did a helicopter the other date thing. We landed and the ship was painted on the um where you marry me and ship. So we had the family, family and friends, the whole cast, everybody was there. But we had our moment up on the hell of Pad and then once we had our moment, that's when we went down and it worked that. It was perfect. It

was perfect. They say when you find your wife or your husband, like it's a feeling that you never got from nobody else. With a feeling you can say that is Yeah, I would say like just feeling like safe, you know what I'm saying. Feeling you know, like everybody that one, everybody you know about this business. You know, we just feel safe And I love what I love

the most, don't like for real, well, no bullshit. I have I raised my niece, like my my brother passed the way I took my niece and he accept my kids, my niece as if that's his own, like my niece was called him before me at times, like she literally like he's The way he stepped up from my nieces will really made me just be like, damn, this man

different aname my daughter like that's my niece. Have a love like he does everything like with my niece like his kids and retinnee like it takes a village and the village is definitely there. And I love how he loved my niece like that's our kids. Like every she's never left out, she's never feeling like the step kid. You will never think that's our niece in our house, that's our daughter, you know. And that's like huge because some men be like you know I got you know,

I had my kids, Like what's up? He really stepped up and like took my niece and as this as his own want and do and you know, teach your stuff like it will be little stuff, just anything like

how a father supposed to be with a daughter. He date them date as kids like that ship is just different nowadays, and we need that in our community more than what about you the question you come my wife keeping Yeah, I can seem typically it's to be I said, it was that one thing that you know, you never had another woman to be like you know what I'm saying, Um, honestly, like I wasn't really on like the celebrity thing, Like I'm a realist when they comes the ship like that

wasn't on the celebrity thing. I've been managing and you know, working with athletes like for over twelve thirteen years, so I haven't seen it all. I haven't seen it all the celebrity chicks and all that. And I always always, I always had reservations. I always was reserved about that. So I didn't want the the line like I didn't want that. So it was just that when I met her, like I'm not going front, I ain't gonna sit here in a love like all right, this toy, you know

what I'm saying. Nigger got a shot, you know, and then you got your homeboys like, oh ship nig you know. So it was just she was different, you know what I'm saying. It was it was different like she never moved as I'm toya. You know what I'm saying, She's ever moved as you know, um this I got this or I'm doing this anything like that, and like I said, the more and more we spent time with each other because we was we would we was. I guess you could say we were dating, going to eat, linking up

and ship like that. But at that point when she went through that, we started spending every day together and I found myself, like I found myself not wanting to leave her. You can relate to the point where you're not intimate, you're not having sex with a chick that you like and you just meet and you're not having sex with her, but you would her every single day. Now, you see, like that ship hit me one day, like yo, y'all ain't even doing them, but you you every day.

So it wasn't even and about that. So I think that that's what clicked. And I was like, you know, she different. She um, she takes care of family. You know what I'm saying that just you know, she checked all the boxes and it was just like, all right, you still running game to the day, but you got you stop the white bush. That's so sweet. But I felt that though, But what what what you what you say you feel like when y'all go through the rough

times in y'all relationship, who break first? She can't hold ship, she got breaking something bothering her. I could And it's funny because I know when it's coming. I could tell what she's on when she wake up. That's why I know. Like I can tell, like I told her outside of outside of like I guess her daughter mom. No one know her more than me, Like I don't give a

damn no, like, no one knows. So when she wake up, I can tell what the folks are, like, I could tell what she'all so she she absolutely breakfast because I sit back, and that's probably the fault of mine. That's the like I don't like, you know, no, bro, what's your sign? This is but ten years ago? Up the pallt and google it. Girl, that's bullshit. And you don't believe,

I don't know how that's because I used to have on this. She don't really know she w but she don't know what

to say. She's gonna say the wrong ship that because she's gonna say I real be it, like yeah, baby, don't do that. Yeah that's you scenarios this time but here, yeah, wing and I'm gonna bring them. I'm bringing them. You get that feeling good? They be talking about if I had look that will be so mad, Like I'll just watch. It's dope though I've seen a couple of clips. It's dope.

Going in how long y'all been? Like I want to say, a fitness journey, but like engaging in like fitness activity shout out of white no more because they just had us in the boot camp, had us doing the boss shout to you for the inviting bank, for getting me that I had to get him at that screen. They want to come screaming on this ship. Yeah, I know. I got this new ship called Jim hopping instead of club happen. Yeah, we do that. We gotta. So we have a team. I probably have UM about twenty people

core people in the team. And we were gym hop like we we brought with it because we got a lot of trainers and gyms we wrought with So we go to different classes. Like you know, it's gems on every part of the city. So we go to different classes, different days and ships like that. But we started UM two eighteen the end of two thousand eighteen, that's when

we UM. We did our first five k UM that's all. Yeah, we did our first five k oh four for and UM two and a half weeks, got like four people out there, and it was just like all right, I got something right, all right, I got something because I tried to. I tried to do the whole fitness thing. UM. Well. One of my clients we were in Miami, Piece of Spot. We always go through go to he got finished with shooting around. Kid came up like yo, can um can I take a picture? And he was like, yeah, let

me finish eating or whatever. So he when the kid walked off, he was just mad, like the kid was overweight. He was just going off like why their parents let him do this? Do this? And I'm just looking at him and I'm like, yo, on't you do something about it? He was like what. I was like, Well, let's do something, put some camps or fight obesity kids obesity. But I got back to Atlanta, I put some stuff together. We had a meeting, long story show that didn't work out,

ran through a couple of clients, didn't work out. So probably like five years later, um, I was invited to a five K with my home girl Jamie. So I went to the packet pick up and I saw what they was doing and stuff, and it just clicked. I'm like, I'm laying beside the perfect person to help get this message out and helped start it because her demographic, she loved. She had a great following this stuff. So I called our trainer, her manager, everybody. We we met, We met

in our living room. We met in our living room. I told him what I wanted to do. Everybody was gamed and we did the five K. The next year we did seven cities. The next year we had fifteen cities, but COVID hit and um, you know, we've just been doing it and I can't even like even like getting a call with bank, the revoke coming through and stuff like that. Like the stuff we're working on now is just it's amazing. I couldn't even picture Waiting No More

going whereas you know where it's going up now. Um, I see, like you have a bunch of different trainers that I know probably got their own ship going on, but how they just still can wait no more. Ain't no egos involved and ship that ship gonna be big. Yeah, that's the dope part part, Like you know with people and already established trainers, you know how people feel they

feel like, yeah, I got my own ship. The one thing I love about Team waiting No More, Like even the trainers that's out here popping, they still show up away. Fact because we're not a gym. Were just pushing people into a healthy lifestyle, right, helping to fight obesity within the community, be and be so dedicated and dedicated. Yeah, exactly each and every time. That's the that's huge right there. But that goes to show you the difference between Atlanta

and other places. Atlanta is the still takes special kind of people for you to even be attracted to it, Like it takes my like toy Red that you know people that Yeah, it's the energy, like Okay, I don't mind doing this because I don't get it. I know he don't mind me coming up if he's gonna come support my ship the same way. You know what I'm saying exactly. Everybody gets to the top, so we support you, you support us. That's that's how it's supposed to be.

So Red really big on that and there trying to show up and show I want he We send opportunities to them all the time, you know, like dope opportunities. Even having them a part of it was dopey. Yeah, I like that ship, glad I got that. Yeah, And we have kids stuff coming up, like we're trying to get in the schools like get wait no more in the schools. So yeah, we're really we're really excited about that.

We're starting the Fulton County. We're gonna do like ten schools the after school program, what my um, what my girl gavy and waiting on more kids. So we're doing the after school programs. We once once a week we go do fitness class with the kids. So we're going Fullton County. Then we go go to the cab cops and just try to build it and you know, and that goes to the trainers to like we go be

stretched out. So I'm gonna have trainers that have already agreed to donate hour of that time to go do this because there's a nonprofit organization Wait No More Foundation and Fit to be Royal, So um. You know, it's dope though, and when you when you when you started working with it, though, you feel like that was like

a party of purpose. When you start really with it. Now, I do like now it's it's become it's become my lifestyle, and I really feel like it's my purpose now because when I did it, I got on the fitness journey because my dad had um colon cancer and I went I started going to the appointments with him and hearing the doctor talked about eating about working out by all black men. Eventually it would probably go through this. She

just got a boom boom. So that's when I started working out, and then when we did the five K and stuff, just seeing whether wait, no more thing was going and like it was just like wow, like some of the ship we pulled off. It's like you know what I'm saying, like wow from the testimonies. Nike, it from you like three hours and told me she changed my life. But I been that you saw me. I was on the mouse. He was coming out and I was going up. Like you know, I tell people like

why you don't say nothing about it? Ain't about me broadcasting it like this man let me know, like you got a big bank regardless of how you look at it. This nigg is a staple in our community of staple in Atlantic and a real nigga. You know what I'm saying. Outside of fitness, outside of just your regular person working out, I talked to this man for three hours. We talked about fitness, we talked about eating, we talked about health, we talked about life, we talked about this relationship we did.

We talked about this podcast. What you know, just his um, his whole level up, where he comes from to where he's at now. We did all this and that man gave me his word that he was about to get on this fitness ship and then look at let at him now. So if we're linking with people like and

we get so many testimonies. I have people in Arizona, New Jersey like people that work out on our app and everything like, So that that in itself gave me the initiative, like we're doing really transformed so many people lives, like all of the people that's part the team, wait no more, steady growing and growing and growing and growing,

and so many people have lost so much weight. And not only that, they're making it a lifestyle and work out each and every day, not you know, if they can't go every day, it's three or four times a week. Like they made a lifestyle that is like a community. Bro. When you're around it's like a community, like like some ship you you're drawing to. I need to be a part of this and it's like a community. Like ain't

nobody hate, ain't nobody doing nothing, nobody, ain't see nobody. Yeah, exactly that should be into fitness, Like what everything that we do. So I get people hitting me all the time, I'd be feeling so bad. They'd be like Damn. I wish i'all could come here. I wish i'all could come here. We need this, like I need that accountability, Like I needed events like this in different cities. So I'm like, okay,

let us get past the wedding. That's the truth. Like it's like if you planning these things and you put them together in these different communities, like you're gonna bring the people out with the energies unmanned. We're like red when we do the mountain. This man will go all the way down to the bottom of the mountain to get somebody. It's women that be coming to the mountain almost three hundred pounds read gonna wait and walk with

them up the mountain. He no man left behind. So I love her, love his draft board and how he really want to see these people like and like you know, it's it's really dope, Like that says a lot about him. And wait no more, it's gonna be out of here like this honestly, and that that'd be the elephant in the room. Like that's the I think that's the main component to why it's so successful and everything, Like I genuinely want to see people when I genuinely want to

people change their lives. And like she said, we're about to be a huge brand. It's going to levels I couldn't even thought of. But it hasn't been about the money. So you know what I'm saying, like when the money involved, and you gotta make this, you gotta make this dollar. Yeah, we sell merch here and there, Like we have my team be like we are we setting up what we're selling this I'm like, no, not at this one. No, not at that one. No, not at this one, because

wait no more. His our baby is like our foundation, but she's doing damn good business wise. I have my business. We're doing damn good outside of it. So wait, no more is not paying our bills, so we're not looking at it. So I can give you to this trainer and I'm not gonna make no money off that, but you're helping that training, and that's what we that's what we're into. So I think that's that's one of the big biggest reasons, like we're not out here trying to

break somebody's pockets or do this. We genuinely want you to be better. We genuinely want to see our community change. And you know what I'm saying all right, because I think, like just speaking like from personal experience, because I started working out too, Like after I saw what he did with himself, that ship pushed me like, Okay, if this nigger can do it, bitch, I can do anything, like whatever.

But I think another like stigma in our community when it comes to like fitness and weight loss is people feel like, and I know this might sound crazy, but some people feel like I'm too big to work out, or like I'm too big for anything to make a difference, you know what I'm saying. And that's where a lot of people get it sucked up at. And then when they feel like that, they feel like, Okay, I'm not I'm not gonna start because even if I do work out and lose a little bit, it's not going to

make a difference. And they just keep getting bigger and bigger on top of that, you know what I'm saying. So that's a lot of things like how you said he goes down and gets the three pound ladies and walks with them and makes them feel comfortable and all that kind of ship. That ship is a necessity because when you don't have that, you don't feel like you're making any progress and that can discover somebody to the

point where they quit. And that that's what we do, like as far as ship to that point over that at that point is we have all like I have so I have a partner right now that we're working on it. Were in transition way over five hundred pounds, like we we have people that we are work We have hundred pounds losers and everything like. And then we have different programs. We have different people. We got ted, We got ted, you know, um heavy set women and

the big girls. Yeah, the big girls move like you know, we have no prosper to draw a lot of different trainers. That's a part of the Way No More app. Like people can't make it to the gym. Yeah eating, Yeah, you gotta jump. I was like, well, I messed up this morning. I usually eat right us first before coming, but I was running late. So it gave me an extra push. To the people, you've been bullshit in the last week with his wind ship and you ain't been

to the gym. That's not yes, it is you've been out of my credit. Like did not throw up and come back and cap, So let's talk about funny. He check the truth. Why are you really starting up because I didn't eat, That was the truth. But I have not been going to the gym every day. I do go run and walk with everything with bront It the win and stretcht bro.
