Big bag. You don't be on nothing. I'll be okay. So let me ask how this bring you big big right now, visit the new website today Big Facts Paul dot com live for first class sounds is DJ screen Big Bankers said. Baby Jada said that we got a special guests in the building today on Big Facts, highly requested, highly anticipated side How the Prince it's here, ladies and gentlemen, we got him here with the building east here show. So how what's up my brother's life? Family? Does only
really feel like conversation? You know what I mean? Is the fool like exactly? I appreciate it, man, I appreciate it. What's going on? How you been? First off of what you've been on? Man, I've been good man. I just have been finishing the story. He got let's name my album? Um, you know what I'm saying. I did my situation with Ghazi. I want to have a little more freedom song. Vampire Empire best one of the best labels that you can be on. So yeah, I'm doing that, just finishing. I
got like thirty days left. I'm clearing these samples and we're ready to go. What's the motivation at this point? I mean you know for your music. I think, um, there's something that you have like a cult following the fans, like people that really really really rock with you. But you put out a lot of quality of music. You don't have anything lyrically to prove you don't people know who you are. But what's the motivation at this point? Um, you know it's crazy. Um to me, I got like
new motivation. It's just you know, man, just kind of coming out the pandemic and ship. You know, people be begging you for music. Then I had a acction the earlier this year, so it just kind of puts you in perspective for me, like, you know, people to be begging when usually I just be like you know, I go write songs or whoever, I write it and go home and put something out every nine and then. But um, the urgency of it came from just people just you know,
asking me to do it all the time. And it's just like I got you because I understand like it is a void, It is a space where people enjoy that type of rapt type of concepts. I'll be rapping about the ship and different flows and ship like that, mainly from like that mixtape era that that early two thousand team through like two fourteen when I I really feel like I made my life my mark, you know what I'm saying. So I think people still just want that nostalgia. So I just here to give it to him.
You started off with hook them, You still keep in contact with that, Yeah, Oh my god, Oh my god. It's crazy because yeah, that's what I'm saying. Come on, you know when it did did some time. But um, you know me and Butchie still give me a pet, still be solid, you know what I mean. That's my guy. So other than that, man, we're all good. Everybody good. They're getting it together. So if somebody said, if somebody said the phrase, I feel like Saha is slept on,
how would you respond to that? Or underrated? I mean I understand that. I can understand that because I feel as far as in like the marketplace, I didn't I haven't put out a lot of music. I've been like something like like my name itself a ghosts in so many words, So I think, Um, with me, it's just like now it's just feel like it's time for me to kind of just work on my stuff. I think I got caught up into the you know, writing Diamond Records and Ship like that that people probably don't even
know I wrote. But I'll just be like, you know what, people want to hear my message. Like most of the guys I kind of work with da ain't from the trenches of like from Atlanta, the culture like I am so like I kind of feel like I'm the publicist for it, so I think that's what I'm here for. You think, um, how is it like keeping that um, keeping that ship in the background that you wrote so
much something the big records and ship. I mean, I mean it's tough because you want to kind of keep the the integrity of the relationship who you know, you want them to feel like they was a part of but they are a part of I'm not like I tell people like I ain't writing like when t write Little Bow Rap. It ain't like it was more so like also giving them a vide Yeah, like you know, a lot of time when you get that big, you know, you don't have a you don't have niggas on the
turf around you. You mainly have like fashion designers and artistic people. But for me and just be like no, you said like this, No, I would have said this and then all that ship did hard like so it kind of yeah, it's like that SI sparring kind of session and make sure the verses coming out to where it needs to be in in my opinion, quality control
type that. Yeah, for sure. So when you were so when you were coming up, um, I know your parents were like very strict and very firm on the fact that they didn't really want you listening to hip hop and they didn't really want you involved. So do you think that's what kind of made you as into it now as it was because you were kind of taken away from it when you were younger. Man, That's that's deep. I didn't even think of it like that, but I think that probably had a lot to do with it,
you know what I mean. I just kind of got that was deep. Like I didn't even you know, like I can't do it now I could do it. I just you know how they say like some girls like their parents don't let them have company or go to sleepovers and stuff, and then they turned out to be horrors when they're older. Like absolutely, yeah. Yeah, Well I was an athlete growing up, so it was just like they were just trying to keep me on straight and narrow, but you know, once the streets got involved, it just
went downhill. But nah, for sure, it's it is like that though, it is like that. I think that's what I got anitsie rush for it because I just started listening to it on my own, Like you know, I might have been like, yeah, I might have been like thirteen when I first like fourteen, I got my own c D. Yeah, you know what I mean, Like you know what I mean, like my Potters sisters and brothers and all them with just listening to out Care you know you GK and ship like that go on my
closet and just yeah. But it made me like search for it though, so I started stumbling upon like East Coast, all this West coast that was do yes. So that's why my style of LOOKD you know, universal, because I listened to a lot of different music versus people who could just hear what they want to hear. They're just gonna listen to Partos in the area mont because that's what people listening to Versus me. I'm like, okay, what
else I can get my hands on. I just come across some nabs, some big al ship, you know what I mean. Something then it would be like, Okay, that's hard. What happened with the um situation with your club? Got shut up with some ship? Man? You know that ship was deep. I never like really you ain't got no clothes on it, Like I ain't really like go looking forward either, But she was deep. I ain't. You know.
When I experienced I'm like, damn, I actually thought like who the fund did I pay their money back to? I'm trying to go back tifteen years like some ship like, but all in the in the moment, I'm trying to like man with these niggas. And then I just started working my move. I was just, man, I was doing all type of maneuvers that I ain't never done before. Have you ever said what it was like what happened
on or you know what I mean? Yeah? I mean I spoke on them briefly because you know, um, you know, people asked me when I had a few interviews, but I ain't really liked dive into it too much. I just kind of like gave them my outline what happened. But to me, it was just it's the it's just what Atlanta turning into in my opinion. You I think I might have just got calling it because you know, I'm in the bent league. I got jury on. So I just look fit the part, you know what I mean.
And you know I the police don't really have no information for you. They I went into the police, they didn't look like me. I mean, they just trapped down, you know what. I like, Really, nil, man, this look like a whole play. Ye don't look like yeah, yeah, y'all look like y'all about to go out with me tonight. So I would like it was it was cool. I wasn't really gonna bring it up, but it was like, yeah, I had the scene. It's like so many people knew
my name, like the paramedics and the police office. I'm like, oh, this is gonna get out, you know what I mean. So, I mean, I'm cool. I survived, had some stitches and ship and you know what I'm saying. I reached around, you know, I mean, it was quiet on it. So I was like, you know what, I ain't no point even pushing it, just kind of chopping up, moving certain kind of way. Yeah, absolutely, because you know, even if it was a mistake or it wasn't, it's like it
could have been bad for me. So I just you know what I'm saying, just start moving the same kind of way you moving, just to take pau. I mean,
I gotta I had two forms. I mean, I still got a form, but it's like I kind of like dumped it down a little bit when I'm in the city, you know, you know, just down down, just not going out as much, you know what I mean, places I feel like I ain't I'm know, I'm saying I should be a go anywhere I want to go, But you know what I mean, she just just like redundant to me, I'd have done it. I don't have done the flame.
So many times it's like maybe I shouldn't have been going to the Yeah, maybe going to the Flames and they see teams, damn damn there. So let me kind of put a swivel in my routine. Yeah. Yeah, it's like, let me go to a restaurant, let me go to something. Player. I'm a little older. I need to be you know what I mean. But it's all good man, we're here, sure, Kanye, Like, what what kind of space we're good? Man? Man? You
ain't good. We're in a great space. I was on I was out there in Miami with him when he was doing Donna two project. You know, Bro jester Man, then he's just a pioneer man. He probably owned something some big and better that we ain't even heard of yet. I mean, you know, brod be having so many meetings with billionaires and it's just like I'll just be soaking up bro, soaking up the game. But now that's my guy. We hear him on the story of Egot when we
feel his presence in anyway. Absolutely, that's only did like six six tracks. Yeah, he did like six of them. Um, he on on two of them. So yeah, it's definitely on the project, you know what I mean. So, like I said, this is all the family push on there. We got um, we got Russ on it. I got pink sweats to change Jack Hallow. We this is this is big bang, big bank, you know what Me and Big Bait record like, we went out to the label
that's like, so what are we doing with slide? Are we gonna be like, Yes, we're about to shoot the videop. We just got back from b T kind of vibe. But they ready on that too. So that's been getting a lot of great traction. The city been playing it radio been, you know, asking for so ship. We're about to blast on that as well. I know why, But why did you choose Bank? I didn't know why because
we talked before. I mean, to me, it's like Bank is like the voice of Atlanta in my opinion, you know what I'm saying, not you know, I mean saying just in ramp. I'm just saying, like, damn for real for you, like that nucleus of each side, like the mediator that could be the media if there was one. You know what I'm saying, ain't you ain't ain't that. But I'm just saying it's like, you know, mostly most people just you know, like even with Jade, it's like
the streets love Jade. It's just Atlanta just loved Jane for some reason. I don't I mean everywhere, you know what I mean. Yeah, she could walk through any dough going, any trout, any studio anything. So I mean, and I am. One of my favorite records back in the day was baby Girl, What this trip back? You know. I don't know if you knew big that was, but that was Big bro Man Black Maid him stop eating noodles, man,
get what he called? I would really want to be like but you know, he was like, but I got it already. You gotta do them to pull up. I'm gonna exactly what you don't know, as he called me first, like hey man, for the man with y'all, I tested the war, I did up being hard hard yeah. And I remember like growing up like Duct Tape was one of like first record labels in Atlanta that I knew come from the East Side. They had artists, you know, niggers, you know what I mean. You had like like like
he really had artists. I was like, oh, ship that's coming from out east or yeah, yeah, you know what I'm saying. You know what I I mean. We used to see him at prime time, pull up this ship real so no for real respect though, was next for you to after man? When I'm getting into his film. I've
been writing a lot of scripts lately. Um, That's something I've really been like taking my time, and I kind of thinking two thousands, you know, when everybody's pandemic and ship in quarantine and I kind of just try to dive into another venture and something that I love to do. So I think I'm close to it. Um, A lot of people that's in film, so I just you know me, I just was like, you know what, let me go and get my scripts together, let me get my ship together.
But I want to do you know, I'm looking to do some executive work as well, you know what I mean, in the future, but right now, I just felt like it's time for me to just download my hard drive into the world, you know what I mean. That's what I'm doing right now. It's just like, okay, hey, I go. I got records with people, and you know, I've done things that I used to doing for myself or doing for other artists, and they'd be like pinning, they might use my like na, let me get that man, I'm
about to use So I'm doing that right now. So I just wanted to kind of just leave my mark on the world and hip hop since like even like my my l A Leakers freestyle, like you know, I just went out then gave them fold the bird. The folks like that. It's the cold of ship. I'm back then, how about it? How about it? I'm back, So you
know what I mean that one I'm doing. Bro, If you once said that he would never what was the quote, I would never want to be in asightfule with something like basically Bar for bar the guy right, who's someone you feel like that about? I mean, I don't really if anybody, if anybody, I mean you mean, I ain't say I wouldn't want to be in a bottle when it'd be like it'll be a good ballet. Yeah, who's
somebody that you behold there? The way that they wrap and their lyrics like currently or like let's do both currently in all time? I would say, like currently it w be like shit like being in the Butcher like like yeah, hold Grizel the Cold like I mean, it's a lot of them to me, It's like I mean, to me, Chance is a great rapper, you know what I mean? Like if you just talk about just like being put some words together, um, you know Jake Cole's
and ship like that. But if you put us on the stage with with no beat, can't nobody fun with me? That's what I wanted you to say, Like, if you don't add your like your beats and your promo team your market if okay, you might do, you might out do. But if you just put us on the stage like old school from bar Let's wrap no beat with the audience, nobody planted earth can fun with me that because they can't. Yeah,
they can't perform with me. Like, in my opinion, the way I'm gonna delivered, it's just gonna be like, Yeah, he's not being he's being confidently. What is he being? Right, He's not, he's not He's not I'm not being I'm just telling you there's nobody definite because we've been trying to weigh out cocky, arrogant, and confident. Yeah yeah, I mean we all got that. Yeah, that mean streak that you got to be there dude though, but people there are people that know that you're a better at rap
than them. Yeah, but they're probably never said because I mean these dudes who still think that he just said nobody though, Yeah, he just said nobody. So that's confident, that's arrogant, that's cocky, that's coming. That's all that. So it's definite. It's a melting pot of all three. Yeah. So what so what you feel like, how would you be able to prove that? I mean, how would you
be able to validate it? I mean I mean because ain't nobody ever asked me to try me and that and also until somebody decides to try this ship yeah, you could try this ship. Yeah you go. You're saying the same ship though you got niggas someone saying the same ship. What he's saying, Yeah, I feel like about Yeah. So what did you get into if you were battle like? I mean, we used to have it back in the day. You know. I don't know if you'll remember, like the
Smack DVD. I'm saying, so I used to battle niggas back in the day. And they used to be like, They'll tell them I'm from the Battle be Life A five bands and they'd be like, okay, brother from Atlanta. And then Nigga called back and be like, put it making fifteen because they automatically think it would be having a fight to get out it up. Bro, need me like, man, let me see it. I d ask me for my I d bro, Man, come on with the check. You know what I mean? All that ship your lost brother.
So this is before the internet, like you if you got to see before the anywhere I used to be running around with like jacket Edge and shipped back in the day and even nooning and them, no, they know the ship. Motherfucker's no bro for show? Did he? All of them they know they remember like that was that came in here and to show we're not get big. Well, you ain't got a chance to work with it. You want to work with Damn, I ain't got a chance
to work. But I want to work with I mean I mean like myself personally or because I worked with something. A lot of people that I would like to worry with, but it didn't want for my for myself, but I want to work the future, like, to be honest, that's somebody want to I mean, you know we'll be in there with you and ship, but I'm talking about like my personal future for sure. I love the future. Yes, got to happen existence, Yeah, then kick down. I work
with Kendrick, but won't light together. It was like somebody sent me something and I kind of jumped on it. But I love the word with Kendrick, Um, Joey Badass. Somebody want to work with. Like I said, a lot of them are already kind of I wanna do something with Um. I'm gonna do my own song with kid cutting, you know what I mean. So just be like dudes. I always wanted to be, like, get my own ship with. I just haven't got a chance to a South Rocket I got. I got something with a South too that
I want to do. So them like my peers that I like to work with. Oh one last it's between that's both on Kodak and Little Baby. Both of them like my favorite, you know what I mean, My favorite new rappers like my favorite too, So I just gotta listen. I'm you know, Sam would definitely get around too. So but I'm open to work with a lot of people though, Sure what artist you see yourself in? Like, okay, that's
how I would do it. To me, it's like Koldag and a a Little Baby, they're the ones I can see, you know, somebody else that impresses me every time you rap. He just impressed me. I could just feel the east side and it's like, yeah, you know, because you're gonna articulated, right, yeah, slick intelligent though that one just like you know what I mean. So that's why I like. So he give
me that east side vibe, So help me understand. And if it's just all bush, well, okay, you're accused of giving some bars to button on a freestyle, right, so if there a thing there, like because I think he made a comment or some ship, I don't I don't know much about it. This is just what came to me there like that, how about that butter ship like one thing about Joe, But I just be He'd be like, man,
you can't out wrap me. It's a land slide. Like, Bro, you're telling people I can't out wrap a forty five your old podcasting. Damn that ain't good. Brow at least be like here, you know, here'll give me. You know, he'll be a good competition, but I think I win it. He'd be on he said that first out of nowhere. Yeah, because you know, you know, I'll be doing freestyle his little buddies hype up. I'm like, bro, you know his little buddies, I mean a little buddies hyping them up.
And then he just got the talking answer. God watch that nigs meet me on the stage. Well, so it could be be clear if the right people came in the right bad you'll do it. Man, I would have a podcast. Wow, damn that it looks so bad they have to hand over the podcast to me. You know, I'll be having my own podcast, you know what I mean? Because I just feel like, brother, just you know, you'd be like walking home. You'd be trying to keep your
little coke. And he could just be like, you know what, you're poking at you on the way home, like you're like, bro, let me let me put a book bad down, bro, don't make me bro. So we got one party committed to some in the in the thought of that, that's how he be. You know, he like he like compliments you, but then like backhand compliment like man, but he's still oh that we dick Ryan k all that cap asship.
I'll be like, man, you know what, you just really wish you was just dope as me, But he really like love me and and think I'm the dopest maka you know heard. So it's like he has this thing. I'll just be poking at him like with bro, let's wrap. I want to see that. Yeah, let's ripe. So that how I didn't be with it, you know what I mean? So yeah, what you just told you what I mean?
He just that what I'm saying, He's just be coming at me like you know, he'd be like, man, he could wrap but one occasion, no about six them, he saying clarity, you did give him some bars to the free stuff, which one the one I just put out I thought they said it was I don't know the little sway ship idea, but you know that the vocals got messed up on so I ain't. I ain't. You know he heard it, but I ain't trip it wasnot It wasn't even. I just said, I get aggravated with Salt.
Make me funking around and catch an aggravated to salt, Joe buttons, why you got so much hate in your heart? They don't let you working around and make hating the art. That's all I said. That was like a nice like, bro, why you keep bothering me? But I don't even know? Yeah, I I never met ever nothing, no ship, never meant nothing. Yeah we met, but I'm just saying I don't know
you as well as you boy and all that. You know, every time you do something here like blame me like man here heron never guess me and like ya y'all that ship man, you know what I mean. So it's like, bro, why you keep bringing my name? If you got something bad to say? If I just talk to talk about home, don't bring me into every time you want to talk about homes. It's like so I just felt like he was just jigging at me and it's like, but it's all good. He you know, it's it's all funny games.
But I just be thinking he'd be acting like he can out wrap me and he can't. I want to see that was safe. He still I'm still wrapped. Yeah, everybody will rapped for the right. Yeah. Nothing recently thol right na, But he is known as a good I would say that he is a good rapper though, like when he was in his time, like for what he did. I definitely bought Joe Bundon's albums, you know what I'm saying. I bought he sump it up right, Yeah, I used to fun will pump it up yea. And he was
in the group slaughter House. You know. They was like the first Grizelda in my opinion, Like it was like that that lyrical group. But you know, at the end of the day, I ain't running from them. So we just if you want to do it, let's do it and just have something positive to say. Bro, you know what I mean. That's clarity on that. It's just clarity on that. How long have you been working on this story of the ego album? He got? He Got? So
he got as an Emmy, Grammy, Oscar Tony. I'm trying to win all the motherfucker's so, um, I've been working on you about two two and a a yeah, okay, I just gav yeah. So it's like an acrony. And this guy named Philip Michael Thomas came up when he was the dude from Miami Vice and that was one of his goals. He was like a musician, but he was really like a yeah yeah. So it's like he like a nigga who wanted to win them all but wants the show got canceled. He never got his foot in.
But you know, most entertainer still respect like the the journey of that. So Jennifer Huston just won the guys, she got all four of them, but people like John Legend got it WHOOPI Goldberg. But then you know you got get niggas like yeah, but you got niggas like Common that got like three of them. Child Gambino got like two or three. So it's like it's like a
race to it for like, you know, entertainers. And it's like correct me if I'm wrong, but a Tony is a theatrical award, right, yeah, for like Broadway or something like, but me, I just always felt like I was, you know, super talented growing. I was in the talent shows, rapping, singing, and he's singing the choir all type of ship. So it's like I just kind of wanted to really show my diversity on my album and didn't give you the story of And the story is really like the Atlanta Plight,
you know what I mean. You know what I mean, Me coming up, you know what I mean, getting kicked out of school. They tell me you got go to Hambleton's. You're like, I'm not going to Hamilton's. I wasn't going to Hamilton. I was like, okay, send me to Open Campa. Like going to Open campl I'm not going. You know, you just heard stories about him, like I already know the first day I'm in there and we're gonna get the hooking with somebody. It was just that was the theory.
So after that, just you know, moving throughout Atlanta doing what a're doing, just kind of like giving the story because a lot of people don't know my story. Like I've been signed by l a A A very twice. You know what I'm saying. Um, you know what I used to work, work with a cons and booing them. Then you know, ye met me and it's like, yo, you should help me come do this. So it's just like giving that journey of you know what I'm saying, where
I really came from throughout music. You feel like it's hard after you being like a writer or producing the background to be an actual artist. Um, it can be. It can be, especially on my level because I think that a lot of people just want me to do that. Like they were like, we gotta find a whole new nigga to coming here, and like in the job of the room, if this nign't go somewhere, So it's like that you could you could peep there be like you
know what, tell us how to car here? But I think it ain't too because it's like, you know, when I do put out something to get such a great reaction, it's like, Okay, if I just build on it, I already know where it could ultimately become, you know what
I'm saying. So it's just me just taking the time out of my other career to be like kind of be selfish about it because they're gonna cut you a nice check where you're gonna think about like you know what, Mamber, It's just out here for three months, and like, you know what I mean. So me just got the music kind of like I always love music, but it just got me out of the streets. I never wanted to be a street name, so I think that was the best things. So when I got my first industry check,
I just like, yeah, y'all got it. I'm out, you know what I mean. So I think I kind of became like I used to just being able to take care of myself my family through music anyway. But now I think it's I'm to the point where it's like, you know what, let me go on and give me get my full effort to my career, you know what I'm saying, to see where it takes me. So that's what I'm doing now. So when you when you made that decision, be like that, now all right, I'm just
about to do this news ship. How many friends did you lose? All up? They didn't want me to lead because it just like, you know, I was really focused on the music ship, and he was like Folte one ft and one ft out kind of vibe. And then you know, just being around it, you automatically just gonna be in the you know what I mean, in the mix for me, I just was like, you know what, the folks just cut me a good check, Like my mind would go and do this, you know what I mean.
You know I had to move to l A and different things I worked with. People I was working with was like in the l A and Ship. So a lot of times you can't bring all everybody with you to l A, you know what I mean. So you know in my main guys like you know what I'm saying, Like I'm parting the MIC and ship. They still we're still rocking. But other than that, was just like my my neighborhood partners. Man, we used to walk in sessions. Man, be so deep they used back then. It was like
we had this like sugar Knight Night kind of stigma. Yeah, because we had we was onto some old g's that was just like super tough, you know what I mean. It was just like everybody be like and we can't any work with you. Like they hit me on the side like who came into world? Which because you kind of and I'm like, man, who like you know these things on my round. But it's like I was so young growing up, I started seeing like, Okay, they need
for real. These ain't just like my other street buddies like I had my street buddies, but the dude that were under it was just making the labels and ship nervous. So it was just like, okay, let me see if I can go and represent myself kind of vibe. And then that's kind of what a transition kind of came for me. Was just like I'm just gonna full fledged music.
So that's why it was that with me, you spoke earlier about what you feel Atlanta has become what some of the ship you miss about the old Atlanta before, that's what has become. Man. When it was a secret, it was just like, man, it was it was like buff was just it wasn't the influx to Atlanta like, but then I think it was like two thousand ten became a point where it was like, man, you know that in Atlanta, bro, it was like that was the atta like the Montaucker's you don't get a crimp. It's like,
oh man, quick telling them that. And now it's like Atlanta is just like a melting pot. Now that's what me and my buddy Jamir was talking about. Just had some melting pot of so many different people. So it's like the lines can be jaded, communication could be all certain things could be fixed if it's stayed amongst family.
But now you got people from the outside here that's in the mix of what's going on as well, So it just it makes it like, you know, and then the pandemic kind of threw everything off as well, so it's just like people like, oh, they still opening the lima, so it's like, Okay, we're gonna go down there and you know, do work out moves. So I think that that was just the you know, the lines have been they cut off and you know, redirected due to like so many people coming to Atlanta. So I just think
that's really what it is. But you know, it's still the old vibe is still here, Like the old Atlanta vibe is still here. Is just most people from Atlanta be off now it's like you know what I mean, they'd be out the way and just let you know what I mean, let the newcomers kind of like how
they the strip club and yeah, whatever they do. But I think that was the biggest thing, just like it used to be more of a family, more of a uh if you know, you know kind of vibe versus like nas like then you know music then you know when it's crazy just then want to come out and get a record, deals like bros, like everybody on the strip clubs. It's just entrepreneurship just in general. You people feel like that could open the business. It's people you know,
you know, politicking and you know, doing companies together. So it's so much that draws a person here that now it's just like you know, you meet new people when you used to just meet the people you knew, you know what I mean? Then I was a bar. Y'all can go on in that some of your favorite spots outside of UM as far as one of state state countries. Man, and I would encourage y'all to go to Wyoming, Like you got to break that down for like I mean, I try to encourage people like I lived in Wyoming
for two years. That that's what he was, you know what I'm saying. So it was like it was a good two years. But what's the capital of wine. I'm just trying to trying to think, well, damn, there's two of them. I'm couldn't look it up. Hold on, you said that's one place I've never been, saying, like I encourage people go if you ain't never being because it's like a cool like it's like it's like being outside and don't hear no, cause you don't hear like it's
like twise like nature. Yeah, you know what I mean. They got the spot called I'm a Ghani. It's a hotel. It's like the best hotel. You never go there. I'm a gami. Yeah, I'm a Ghani. I'm a gami something like that. It's one of them. But if you look at it, they they treat you like a keen the whole time. You know, the food is busting, you get to go skiing, you know, horsebackground. But it's just it's like a little community and they treat you like a whole.
Player though. But Wyoming is definitely a place any not a lot of black people, but it's gonna be player though. You're gonna like it though. You gotta go with the white Yeah. Yeah, that is no hood. Yeah, there's no hood and no ship. You know, you're just speaking America, you know, That's what I'm saying. Hotel. Yeah, but you know, out the country, you know, it's a lot of beautiful places but um to me, like in the country that song where I tell people you might even go to Utah,
got some dope, some dope scene and read some dope spots. Um, because I know all y'll probably have been to like Texas and you know, you know New York's never been in Utah or yeah, go to both or I've never been. What about relationship? Relationship? Like, um, I ain't. I ain't got no relationship. Damn. I mean, I'll be thinking about it. I just can't. What's the hesitation? Man? You know it?
Just be with me and just be like, Man, it would be like the Insu Board Nation, you know how nigga just go out here and just be like it's almost like, you know what in all types of bullshit to get this money, dude, resources you dealing with a chick that just ain't grateful, you know what I mean? It would be like, so I just be like, I got a whole bunch of you know, home girls, and you know, I got a few of those, and you know, I kind of just but eventually I'm gonna share to one.
I'm gonna end up like you know what, come on, they're going on and go with it. But that's sounding like you're selling them. That doesn't sound like this you I mean, don't come on, they go. I mean, because it's come on. It's almost like a lot of times I don't want to say that's what I feel like
we do. But it's like sometimes you you just get with somebody that you feel like, no, you will even though they ain't the best person for you, and be like, Okay, y'all know each other well, you know her bullshit, you know your bullshit, Just like, all right, I feel like we can deal with each other versus you mean, a new motherfucker that ain't been down with you, she did some bullshit to you. It's like, man, I know I
should have you know what I mean? So I think I'm at that level of do I just go and do I got to move forward with one of my new pieces or do I Just like you don't think it's no value, and for some people, just for some people, you don't think it's no value. And sometimes a woman can help enhance your situation. I mean, for me personally, my wife did. But everybody's different. But there's no value
in that. I mean, But I think I think maybe for you it was like I ain't been in I've been like a globe try to my whole life, you know what I mean. So I'm in Switzerland, I'm in parents. I mean, it's just like I got I gotta some much ship everywhere. Brother to be all the way honest with you. But I think I think, like for the last three years have been my first time I've been able to like just be in Atlanta for like a long period of time versus like, you know, doing my things.
So I think, you know, soon or later, it's gonna it's gonna come around. But I'm just stuck in between. Like man, you know, I got new pieces that I like, but then I got like a home girl who've been just rocket with me for you know, you're through the struggle. So it's like, you know, I'm gonna make a decision one of these days. I feel like one of them gonna present theirselfs in that way that's gonna be like, you know what I got you with you on some open ship. You tell all of them what it is.
Oh yeah, absolutely, I ain't let me keep the boat, which I ain't had a girlfriends And I was twenty one h and she was like fifteen years ago. M hm. I just ain't never. I would just never let me tell something. Growing up around some rich nigga is right, a nigga, bump your bitch. I'm just gonna keep it. So I learned early, like, you know what, I don't have a girlfriend. You know, I like you, you can
whatever you feel like you want to do. But me growing up around you know, rich niggas is being young. Your girl would be in the other room. But you know, it's all in the game. So it's just like me, I just never wanted to take that leak. Yeah, I ain't you know what I mean. After when I was young and took the lick, I was like, you know what, I'm cool, let me go on to focus on And then I felt like it's more peaceful when I just be a buck with him. So facts, you know what
I want to go for friendship to marriage. I don't want to go into like I don't like to the bolfriend and girlfriend stage, like it'd be too much deceitful ship going on in that stage. You know what I mean. I know all the girls, I know all the ballplayers. My girls then hit all the rappers. We have great conversations about it. I'll be like, well, why are your funk?
Wouldn't took me me the first? I don't want to go on like we've been having a new type of conversation, so you know, but I think now it's like I'm I have been, you know, looking towards that I haven't scared and back so you know, hopefully it comes song. M hmm. What's the ship on your two accomplished list now that you obviously with the album kind of says some of those goals. What's some ship on your accomplished list? Now? Man, I want to run a record label. I never want
to an r CEO something. You know what I mean, because I feel like I did it, like you know a lot of times I had this stand with record labels.
So being from Atlanta, my recorlator, like, man, you know, why don't you go like get your ship popping in the street like all the other Like you know, you know what, most of these major labels are lacking and missing, and your record label would be the complete in total opposite to give an artist exactly what they need, Like I can get you popping with no money, you can undersay versus most time don't want to sing you back, you get your check up, you do what you gotta do,
and then it's like, but that's like I'm mean, during that process is a lot of niggas who don't make it through that gauntlet, you know what I mean, Like we we people look at the landa like, man, y'all got so many rapping Like man, that's them niggas. It's special little babies. And all the niggas is like special because I know fifty little babies that didn't make it, you know what I'm saying, Like for real, and they'd be like, yo, get your street. But so you know,
you gotta go back to your neighborhood. And the only thing in your neighborhood that really gotta chick to put behind your ship is a real nigga. So it's like now you're doing being with him. Now y'all called into something and you're really just trying to do music. But it's like you just get caught in the in the mix of trying to jump some ship off and they really tell you it's possible if you're coming here with your own ship. So it makes you want to get
it even mold. So you you step on something you to kind of get to that spot and music versus me, I can take you through that. Oh here, maybe a little longer. Like most of the artists I work where I tell a man, I'm gonna bring your town. Some of these studios play with some of your records. Some of these artists might want you to help them with their records. To me, that was my version of my trap. Well, I got to the point of making another money where I can invest in myself from what I did for
other people, you know what I mean. So it's a it's a different way of looking at it, but still it might be a little longer, but it's still a way where you could be able a core fan base. You can still tour, you can still do this ship to you seven years old, you know what I mean.
If you really hone in on the craft and really figure out your torn situation and your marketing situation, get you a good solid management crew, and you can you know, get you some dope you know, photographers and a videographer. You cook it up and the minimal the minimalistic shit about it is what's gonna make people gravitate to it
as well. So it's just a different way of doing it, But I would love to like be able to show the value of you know, that that side of just schemeing your way through versus like, you know, let's get out of play ship. So you know, just that's why I want to just bring back to labels and I think that could you know, balance out what type of music we're making and the lifestyle that most of these guys gotta live to really really put on and really
put themselves out there that we're not getting big. If you ain't never getting a rap, what you think you you would end up doing now. I was supposed to be in the NFL growing up, tail man, play, tailback and slide yeah, all counting nine grade track and football.
But then you know, I started sneaking out the Diddy concerts and they're like, oh, you know, my partner used to know Puffy and them, so I used to be with v you know, ving them, so I used to be like, oh man, we used some youngiggers running out and I just lost folks. I just started seeing music as the way and then people were telling me that that I was, you know, super dope, but I think some kind of sports or if I wasn't doing this, i'd be you know, man, some kind of hustling. You know,
my partners is hustling. So we've been doing some truck in some kind of real estate. My buddy got my best friend run the uh the urban air out and um that snail bill yeah uh me when they got the trampoline part old cards and ship just check it out with the family is super dope. Um. So I probably be you know, business with my buddies. But other than that, I think rat was that or some kind
of sporting ideas or something like that. But other than that, I would have just been a cool nigger from Atlanta from the east side. Show What do you think it is different about east Side people in relation to other people from other sides. We debate that here sometimes a little bit facts and I'll be like, so we had a big talk about the if you're from Atlantic, if you're not from the lamp So me, I'm boring at
Georgia Boutles, you know what I'm saying. So I'm from I'm really for Ends, but I'm going to Georgia Battles bro. So i feel like I'm Atlanta baby. So I you know, my people stayed downtown. Then we moved to Forest Park. Then we moved on Stone Moundicator. So I think I'm a little a bit of everything, but I'm really an east Side nigga. But I think the east Side was like the first time where it's like your mom and
daddy probably stayed together. That was like really only the difference between like the east Side to me versus like when I would go to the West Side and see my family, like my other family part of my friend for Joan or North so it's like you go over there and it really ain't Yeah, it ain't really a family orientator like that. You might your mom and your daddy might live someone of them, he might come over there. Whatever.
So I think we was like the first time, like probably married families, like moved to that side of town because the house is a little bigger for you know, a family if you got to three kids and ship like that. So I think that's the only thing. So then the school and got a little better. But you know, now it's back to the east Side a little back and this ship look like Atlanta Land a little better
than the east Side right now. Because I remember when I was growing up, it was like you start seeing the group homes pop up you's like Man's three Phone living the album Okay Wound. Then it's just like now when you go over there, it's just like that should look crazy. It's like, man, it's the East Side like it used to be kind of nice over you know what I mean. So I think now it's just everybody
kind of spread. Now, you know, you've got different people, like I said, moving in, So it's just an influx of people. But I think the original East Side was just it was just clean players, not a cup pot duckhead ship. You know, Eastland boots out of the motherfucking magazine ship like that, you know, I mean we were just a little different, bro. You think like that that's
side of town. Don't get musically the respect that they should for for what they've done for the city or being close to how you just want to say, do you think they don't get? I think we do. You know you still got Gucci still, you know. I mean I can see the East Atlanta, Atlanta all that East Side is like to me, like that's how I look at it. Depen and ship depend on where you go to jail at that how I'm looking at you go to the cad County like we all in them up
a kind of together. So I think, um, yeah we do. We got we got a lot. But I think it gives off that that that polished level of music to me. You know, you're gonna get your childish gambinos, just your blacks, your jit you all don't get your you know, your guccies. You're like I said, your futures or your who else from over you know, you're twenty one over there. You know what I'm saying. It is like you're still gonna
get nude and that vibe of it too. So I think it's a cool blend of you know, artists and you know what I mean, street artists as well. What's the three biggest Atlanta like land marks like on some culture ship, not like the world of Coca Cola, we know Martin Luther Kingson and what you think? Like you could say clubs, strip clubs, you could say restaurants, Like what's the three motherfucker's that just this is Atlanta? These three landmarks? I mean, I mean, I guess you gotta
say Magic. You got to go to Magic? I mean, yeah, yeah, even though it's like you might want to go if you was from you're gonna go to Everybody want to go to magic, you know what I mean? So you're taking the magic um. I think the flame you gotta kind of be like you gotta be ushered into the flame. You know what I'm saying you Magic is like got a neutral location. Nobody want to you know what I mean? That a ship. Damn. A lot of the landmarks are
left though they ain't gotta be around them all. Back then, it was like shan trails are like to take it something to eat, like a soul fool spot. I used to love Mr Everything. We used to have like that spot, like but they still got like busy bees or something. But um the top just curious like bees over Central but cool. It's just you know, it's really Caribbean food. Yeah, That's why I used to like the rice over that ship. I mean I could. I was like, man, busy be
I can get that at the crib, you know. But if you want to get some of that, I you out, you go to busy Bees and you got Walters on Cleveland Avenue. Walters Walter is definitely a staple. Water is definitely a staple man. So I think those are mainly the three. But like I said so much the change. You're like, mother, like, man, let's go to landings. I'm like, bro, not we gotta sneak in obviously. I mean, I mean, I go earlier. My problem will be like Bro, I
heard the buses that. I'm like, bro, y'all, I'm like, now they really had sex if you really want to shoot through them. But you know what I mean, But I think that that's by that. I think everything that changed now. You know, you got strip club and change clubs and change restaurants. It's like new restaurants now. I like, so sobe just a different Yeah. Yeah, what's some motivation
you're guilt to upcoming rappers? Man? We always like to give game and motivation on big facts, like if they're trying to, you know, get their foot in the door. They're just trying to make it on some rap ship. But you know, sometimes I don't be the easiest thing. With some game of motivation, you'll get to the people. UM A lot of time you just can't be scared
to give it a hundred percent. But you know what I mean a lot of times people just be like, I don't know if I want to do that, if I want to be one for the end, one for that. It's just giving a hundred percent on any any part that you want to do. If you want to be a CEO, you want to be, you know, you gotta try. Don't be scared to fail at it. In so many words, you know what I mean, and go back to the the ground zero, because if you got it up one time,
you can get it up again. But I think the biggest thing is, you know, giving it a hundred percent. Even at my level, people might be like, man, you just wrapped so well. It's like, but I do a lot of writing, Like that's what I do on my free time. Like most people might play video games or you know, dudes might kick it with their partners. Whatever. My free time, I read and write. So I mean that's kind of just what I learned to do. I
want a good reader growing up. So it was like a way that I kind of developed myself and my diction to kind of be able to speak to people and articulate myself through music and being able to embody other people vibes as well. Like some artists got a different box, they got a different you know way they come see things, and some you've got some artists that are like poetic, you've got something for artists that straightforward,
So you gotta be able to like balance it. So my my biggest advices is whatever you want to do producing ship, if you just want to hustle some paper up and put it into you gotta get that a percent too. So anything you're doing and just make sure you give it a D no playing b s. Did you ever have a time that you want to just
say funk the ship? Um? At times I'll be having that, but it don't be to the extent that like really like because I'm always I just developed so many music business relationships that I feel like I'm eventually being the music business kind of film, you know what I'm saying. So it's like, like I said, if it's at the executive levels that a you know, artists level, writer level, a musician, you know, managing producers, whatever, it's gonna be at some capacity. So I don't ever think I said
funk it all the way. I just think I just kind of was like, you know, I take a break because I'm a little frustrated right now, do something else to take my mind off, you know, because being there, I'm like I'm a lot of people don't know, I kind of took the hard way out of Atlanta, you know what I'm saying, like far as on the music side, because I could, I got partners that I can do it the other way with, you know what I'm saying.
But it's like I want to just always give that you know, that clean cut kind of you know, musicianship way of being able to do it because a lot of I'm like a pioneer on that and I feel like when people like Jizz see me or like I don't know, if you heard a guy gripped that's one of my new favorite arts, but he's signed the eminem you know what I mean. It's just like those kind of artists still exists in Atlanta and they don't have
a home. So it's like, you know, giving them that confidence that they can still do it through the music, you know what I'm saying. And a lot of times you lose you you lose your your homie from the hood because you gotta be in the studio to do this. You can't half away to do this with if you go do a straight skill level, you know what I mean. If it's skill a rap, it's like you gotta be very good at that. So that's how important is it
for you to just stay you? Though? Because like what if SHI would have tried to change this flow to adjust to the different flow? What what the side I was trying to sound like the Mee goals and you in heavy auto tune and auto type of ship, Like, how important is it for you to stay you? I mean I think it's important because, like I said, like when I put out stuff, it's like the now I
will never forget bro. I was on. I ain't gonna say what artists I was with, but we was at this concert and it was a substantially bigger artist than me standing on my left and I'm just chilling back stage and a whole bunch of kids run up to this particular artist left and on the left of me, like, man, we love you, bro, let's call let's get a picture. Brother? So are you taking these pictures? And I see like three dudes walking up with the one in the middle
of crime and I'm like, crop, but I don't. I'm just letting right here and take pictures. He sa did my cousin, Bro, he had did this? Who who? He gave me the whole spiller and this isn't even crime like bro like, it ain't I'm trying to take up, like you know, what's that? But to me, to him, to me, me and me was like everything, you know what I mean? You know what I mean? He got
kicked out of car. Yeah, yeah he had. He had did a couple of years in the joint, you know what I mean, trying to sell whatever you're trying to sell. So it's like him coming out of that and it's like he was my biggest inspiration back then. It's like all eyes like, Okay, that's what I do it for. So you might have ten people who know this, popular artists right here, but these three dudes came to me
to tell me they stored in tears. So it's like I take them three before I take them ten because them taking whoever famous they see, they're gonna run to, you know what I'm saying. So my thing is like, Okay, these three is that's why I do it for. So so that's what it is. Man, wish at you for covering this. Finally, finally looking forward to the album you Got live real, I need to be on what you on Brode show. They look good man, for show. Jake out here, I always see Jake. Jade is like, but
you too, man, I can't wait. But I've been seeing y'all getting the artists back, but that takes the labels gonna come watch. That's gonna be some big because this is gonna this set the platform. You know what I'm saying. It's like sometimes you gotta rint and rework, you know what I mean. Like they say, every master Monk's empty his cup sometimes, you know what I'm saying, Sometimes we
get to that at level. Sometimes you gotta empty the cup and fill it back up with something something, something different, different, you know, I reinvent the wheels. So yeah, the show sign in the building. Hey the story he got east Side coming soon. Salute so Little Triple w dot Big Facts pod dot Com. They shout out the courts Life for Rocket with us on this episode the Streets is a Big Facts No Cat Fitch
