It started in the kitchen – with Dave Greenaway

Like many great things, good ideas emerge during conversation over a cuppa. In my case, the water cooler scenario became my kitchen and my comrade in conversation was Dave of Dave Greenaway Coaching.

In this inaugural episode, we kickstart the conversation about employee experience by exploring my interest in the topic and my role within it. I explain my motivation, and begin to unpick some of the importance of getting the experience right.

This is me saying it how it is. And I think it sets the foundation well for the authentic discussions to come over future episodes about what life is really like and how we could be thinking about things differently.
