After being told my whole life lifting a weight would ruin my dancer body, boy was I surprised when it saved me, AND made me + my dancers, better at their craft.
April is Strength month, + I'm kicking it off with my own "come to Jesus moment" with cross training. Along with what my dancers say + feel now that they lift too.
