From wire and notary fraud, all the way to the fraudulent sale of homes, all parties of the real estate transaction need to be diligent. In this episode, Lisa, a Realtor, talks about a previous transaction she had. In this case, a fraudster had made a false drivers license and tried to sell a vacant lot in the Lehigh Valley that was not his property.
