EP113: Wollongong Track Club : Interview with Mitch Ryan - CEO #WTCfroth / Runner

This week on the Better with Running Podcast, the boys open the show with an update from chris talking us through the situation of the floods of Shepparton, as he has had a stressful week with his community and many of his friends and family affected, we hear about the state of his training grounds and the clubrooms.

Zacca talks through some updates on his training including more progression with his body and a threshold session, before more name dropping on his long run.

Mitch from the Wollongong Track Club, joins the boys for a chat about the latest happenings at the track club, he takes us through the origins of the club and previews an event that has just launched the GONG5000 – chapter 2, detailing the course layout, events on offer and reveals some cryptic clues about sponsor prizes. We also hear about his own running and an exclusive on his future race plans

Zacca and Chris round out the show discussing some results abroad and then look towards the wellness run, and talk about the event, and how much they are looking forward to getting out and being involved with it once again.
