Firstly, we hear from Lorraine O Dwyer from Gallivanting.ie who runs unique walks and workshops in North Wexford. Lorraine and BPT host, Sharon Noonan, were on a trip discovering Wicklow and had the pleasure of lunching at Kilruddery House so be prepared for your mouth to water when head chef Niall O Sullivan tells you what they enjoyed. Then staying in Wicklow we travel to Powercourt Distillery to meet their Food & Beverage Specialist Santina Kennedy before heading to Northern Ireland for the Invest NI showcase where Sharon meets Michelle Wilson from Crawford's Rock Seaweed Company and Michael Johnston from Bro Coffee.
