To celebrate 3 years on air, Best Possible Taste invited Failte Ireland Food Champion Mark Murphy from Dingle Cookery School to sit in the presenter's chair. Mark interviews BPT usual presenter, Sharon Noonan, about how the show came about. He puts a call into the Butter Museum in Cork. Maurice Gilbert from Ballyhoura Apple Farm visits the studio to share his story and as Mark says "behind every great man, there's a great woman" and in Wade Murphy's case, it's his wife and business partner in 1826 Adare, Elaine Hourigan.
