OLLIE HORTON is originally from the Channel Island of Guernsey, but in 2013 he settled in Lanzarote where he has worked in both the tourism and property sectors. He has always enjoyed a glass of wine (or two!) and has developed his knowledge of winemaking and viticulture. which particularly fascinated him on Lanzarote.
