On this episode of the Best Possible Taste we meet food writer and food events creative Ali Dunworth who has West Limerick connections. Ali began her career working behind the scenes in food TV in the UK on shows like Saturday Kitchen, Great British Menu and Nigella Lawson’s series as well as working in various London restaurants. Back in Ireland for the last few years, she has worked as Food Producer on RTE’s What Are You Eating?, is a regular contributor to McKennas Guides and Image.ie and curates and promotes various food events. We hear about Ali’s latest project which involves pop up outdoor dining. Then we turn our attention to a nationwide home delivery vegetable box service thanks to 28 year old entrepreneur Fergus Halpin. Fergus is the founder of Harvest Day a mission-driven startup that describes its service as “the next best thing to shopping at the farmers gate.”
