He is also co-founder and former CEO of Partners In Leadership, which has trained millions of people in over 50 countries and received numerous awards. Roger is a graduate faculty professional member of Utah Valley University and an adjunct for the MBA program, Woodbury School of Business. In this episode, Roger shares his process on Self-Directed Performance Coaching, a process described in his most recent book, Get A Coach I Be A Coach.
