When Permission Doesn't Work

I often talk a lot about releasing food rules and giving ourselves permission to eat what we want but what happens when it feels terrifying and every time you try it for a little while, it feels like it doesn't work and you still feel obsessed with food or end up overeating or bingeing?

That's what I'm talking about in this episode. I have a group of testers going through a new program I'm releasing soon and she sent me an email about the permission element this morning with common questions and concerns so I wanted to address them for anyone else who may feel the way she did.
