Charlotte Foley was diagnosed with Crohn's Disease at age 17. In this episode she shares her journey and her struggles with her permanent ostomy. Her story is truly inspiring. Charlotte has not let a chronic illness slow her down in life! She actively seeks adventure and lives life to the fullest. She spends her free time roaming around Alaska with friends, visiting family, and traveling. She works as an Occupational Therapist, and enjoys combining her knowledge on those two topics to improve her and other’s lives for the better! Charlotte's main goal is to not let having an ostomy define her and she's doing a great job to make it look glamorous. Charlotte has an incredible blog and offers resources for people living with ostomy's.
