You can't expect consistent results if you are putting in inconsistent effort. This episode is all about being consistent and I offer tips to "stay on track". Let's face it, being consistent is freaking hard! You have to basically fight what your brain is saying, which is normally giving you any excuse not to do something. I also talk a lot about my latest goals involving running and how I'm staying consistent!
