Episode description

Megan is currently a full-time manager at a global not-for-profit company and a mama to a 2.5 year old little girl. On a quest to find something to fill her cup as well as a passion project and additional source of income, she came across CPSM. Megan is very passionate about child development and maternal mental health, and sleep is such a big part of that. Her eventual goal would be to leave her job and make this her full-time endeavor so she can be more present with her daughter 13 year old stepson.

On this episode of the Becoming a Sleep Consultant podcast, Megan shares:
- How she juggles working full time, taking care of her children and getting through the course
- What she is loving most about the certification process
- That she had a few limiting beliefs before getting started, and how she overcame those thoughts so she could get going!
