An associate CIPD-HR, Certified Instructional Designer by HRCI, Certified performance & competency developer - Certified learning & development manager - Certified assessment center analyst by Middle Earth HR . Mohamed is currently looking into acquiring his CPTD & a degree in business psychology aiming to blend L&D, gamification, and performance management in a tight cohesive mold.
