Episode description

Do you make time for rest and recharge? How does recharging too much or too little affect your performance, mood, and energy levels? Just like your car, you wouldn't be able to drive for days without refueling. Think about it; even electric cars need to recharge every now and then.

Recharging is an essential part of living a happy and productive life. If you feel stuck, unable to move, and in need of a boost, it would be best if you took a break from today's fast-paced world. Remember, busyness is not something to be proud of. All it does is leave you less productive and less happy.

Today's episode is all about slowing down and recharging. If you've messed up any of the other five gears in this series, Les shares how you can slow down, make amends, and re-energize your mind and body.
