Her primary focus is clinical nutrition targeted towards fat loss and optimal mental and physical performance. Michelle also incorporates osteopathy, acupuncture and functional diagnostic testing to treat concerns related to digestion, mental health, fertility and hormone balance. She is an accomplished athlete and has competed in both the 2012 and 2016 CrossFit Games East Regionals. Michelle has been a strength coach for 18 years and integrates her advanced training methods with her clinical practice for superior results.
