Art Therapy for Mental Health with Beckie Dileo

Beckie Di Leo is a practicing Fine Artist, Fashion Illustrator and Creative Director of the 6IX
Academy, Fashion/Arts Entrepreneurship program at Central Toronto Academy. She re-branded
the Arts Dept into the HeARTs Dept and works directly with community mentors on social justice
pursuits within the curriculum.
In addition to 25 years of teaching experience, Beckie is a highly acclaimed fashion illustrator
and has led the march within the live fashion illustration industry. Her client list is extensive and
has performed at TIFF events, Fashion Weeks, the ROM and various fundraising galas. Her
illustrations can be found in international lifestyle publications, on products and part of content
creation for local small businesses.
