I have just this minute come off a podcast episode with Alex Muir talking about ADHDm which was wonderful and will be coming out soon.

I have taken a few days off - 4 days in a row after a non-stop 4 year Mind challenging adventure of 80+ working hours per week.

I spoke with Alina yesterday who has done an absolutely amazing job with the “Teenage Bedroom” designs for our “Neurodivergence & The AUDHD Home”, which I signed off today PLUS:

Alina created a surprise “Baby Room” with  soft play furniture and Elephants in the rom to boot.
