The connection of RSD and ADHD is quite prevalent but in this podcast episode I actually turn the tables to suggest that NT much more of a problem they we EVER will!
I speak about:
- Dating
- Family, the workplace, building up relationships
- We have regular triggers and meltdowns and cry but we can experience the RSD and soothe ourselves
- Aldious Huxley - If one iss different, one is lonely
- Female with the Inattentive - (men can have inattentive too) seems to internalise our emotions
- Hyperactivity - predisposed to externalise out emotions
- NT concentrate on the external and are fearful and don’t like change, so they critizise us so much without looking at themselves
- Working on self care is the number one priority
- Diet is important, drinking to keep hydrated when taking ADHD meds and RSD is minimised because you have good nutrition
- my number one strategy is having the ability to think
