On this episode I talk about my eye injury I received while training Jiu Jitsu AKA the gentle art. I was told by my Doctor not to train for 1 year, I didn't want to wait that long. However I did still want to protect my eye, I let you know what I feel is the best protection for your eyes in Jiu Jitsu.
