Tim talks to Marc about what scouting entails in women's football, what kind of work he does for clubs across Europe, his experience of scouting new Gunners signing Cloe Lacasse (he didn't scout her on Arsenal's behalf) what kind of player Lacasse is, her strengths and weaknesses and how she fits in. Tim and Marc also discuss whether her career path exposes some inefficiencies in the women's transfer market with a lot of leagues still not very visible to anything other than a small, localised audience.
