We are talking to Prof. Dr. Georg Dorffner (MedUni Wien). Dorffner's main research focus is on applying state-of-the-art methods from digital signal processing and pattern recognition to the development of diagnostic support in various clinical fields. He also has served as a member of the committee at MedUni Wien givin guidance on AI use in medicalk research and training. We will discuss the relevance of AI in medical research and education and possible changes to the medical curriculum.
