Take qualitative measurements: How do I feel? How am I sleeping? as the measurements. Recognize the importance of improving your epigenome, take the time to figure out what works best for you and your body. Lower the barrier to entry, pick easy times to meditate.


Go easy on yourself, approach with a beginners mind. Figure out what you can do 90% of the time, start small and work your way up.


Time to step up, take responsibility for self, our health. Share your successes, tell your story, lift others.
