71. Why Your Heart is More Powerful Than You Realize (Heart/Brain Coherence)

Today we are getting a little more sciency as we dive into a phenoma called "heart brain coherence." Thousands of studies have been done to show the true power that our heart really holds (spoiler - it's not just a huge pump for our blood)! I wanted to share this concept with you because it give scientific evidence to SO MANY of the things we discuss here on the podcast! I find it so incredibly exciting how science and "woowoo" are merging to really show how we can live more aligning, synchronized, and coherent lives!
