23. Energy of giving and receiving & being a present listener

This week I am bringing you another "freestyle" episode where we are talking about the energy of giving and receiving.  Think about something you want more of in your life (maybe love, support, positively, etc) and consider if you are giving that out to those around you.  I believe giving and receiving have the same energy so what you give out, you get back!  We also dive into what it means to be a present listener and how it can be one of the greatest gifts you can give someone.
