AI, Superhumans and the Next Economic Revolution

Author and researcher Alex Bates joins Kevin Craine to talk about AI, superhumans and the next economic revolution. Alex is the author of "Augmented Mind," and he brings a unique perspective at the intersection of machine learning, big data, and diagnostics. As an undergraduate he performed DARPA-funded research in neural networks, as well as research in memory and computational diagnostics. Today he is the Managing Director at Neocortex Ventures, a firm bringing artificial intelligence and machine learning to the forefront of the industrial market.
