Joselin Malkhasian's idea of real estate as someones' 2nd or 3rd career choice took a turn in 2012 when she decided to get licensed. Frustrated from studying business in college simultaneously as the financial market crashed in 2008, her passion for homes led to her chance at a successful career. After selling 9 houses, totaling 2.5 million in sales her first year as an agent, a mentor laughed at the low-ball goal she tried to set herself for her second year. But, the laughter grew louder as she soared to 25 sales in year 2. With her head down and focus on scaling her business, she is on pace to finish the year with 57 transactions, totaling 42 million in sales volume.
