It's been quite a minute since I last had an opportunity to sit down, in the comfort of my own space & speak about everything that's been on my mind. In that light, the title of this episode is 'Mental Journals'.

Journey with me, as I unpack the intricacies of my mind and the experiences I have gone through, recently. The only constant in life is change, and as much as we can never fully be prepared for what will come or what we're currently dealing with, it is always in good taste to acknowledge your feelings in whatever capacity that it can come in.
