Midsommar - Blog Reading

Hey everybody! Today we're talking about Midsommar, the latest film from Ari Aster. In the podcast/blog I talk about how the film is really about two people breaking up as much as it is a mad cult. And that really all of the cult stuff is kind of just a metaphor for a break up more so than it is a source of horror for the film. I talk briefly about one of my own break-ups and discuss why being so shallow is slightly more beneficial than looking for true beauty inside. I say it ironically because I keep getting fucked over by people. But you know.. I'm not wrong regarding the thing I say about the memories. Enjoy.
