Dragged Across Concrete - Blog Reading

So that Mel Gibson is a naughty boy isn't he? What with his hatred of basically every minority group on the planet. Still. He does make good films from time to time. Dragged Across Concrete is his latest one and it's hard to know what his motivation to do it was because his character is a massive fucking racist. Does he think that we'll think that this is proof that he's not a racist? Or is it simply his way of telling us that he is and he doesn't care who knows it? Either way it's a hell of a film. In this podcast I talk about why he might have signed on to be in it whilst trying to figure out if it's even okay to like the film. Enjoy.
