Episode description

EPISODE 5

Whether you are into business or not, you might have come across the phrase “Consistency is key.” In this episode, I talked about this uncommon opinion that I have about consistency. I also shared how inconsistency shows up for me, how it personally affects me, and some ways on how we can shift the narratives because speaking from my own experiences, consistency does come hard for people with ADHD for many reasons.

Disclaimer: I am not a mental health professional. I am not licensed or certified, but I'm just sharing my personal experience as someone diagnosed with ADHD.

(02:15) How I am able to pinpoint that when my ADHD gets bad, it's because my "gut health" has been affected

(04:54) Blaming ADHD for my inconsistencies and shifting the narratives

(13:06) Giving yourself grace by changing your expectations

(14:27) Why consistency is not always the key

(18:24) Prioritizing the things you want to be consistent on

(22:35) What it looks like to be inconsistent on purpose
