My Love / Hate Relationship with Ecosystems

It's my biannual time to look at buying a new phone.  I was really hyped on getting the new Pixel 4, but less than stellar reviews has left me in a conundrum.  Do I bail from the Android ecosystem that I've built over years or do I stick with it? The same applies to organizations who are building customer experiences and the ecosystems that surround their MarTech stacks.  Let's discuss.
